always out of items and long long wait. used to be good couple years ago but it's became nightmare. they supposed to open at 10:30 but nothing is ready until 11:30 staff is so slow working and not friendly at all. they always talk and laugh with each other like they are doing party
Whoever made the Angus Steak on the night of 7/24 deserves a huge raise. It was incredible. Celeste cute too.
I had a long piece of hair in my food, and it was not the first time I have experienced that. You guys need to start wearing your hair back with hair nets if you are going to be working over the food. I was disgusted.
The tables were not cleaned and the food looked and tasted like it was old. For this chain being one of my favorite restaurants this store was not up to par!!
Horrible service by Kayla & the food was gross. It was dry, soggy, and not fresh at all. It even had beef and a small piece of broccoli when I only order honey walnut shrimp and sweet fire chicken. This panda use to be top notch but not anymore. I tried to call to let them know about my food and I wasn't able to get a hold of them. Even tho this one is closer to me I'll have to take a trip to countryside they have great service and have great quality of food with out having to request it.
Food was delicious so fresh they were moving quickly I wasn't in the drive through long at all
Terrible service by Luis and Bree, I was ordering at drive through, I had gotten everything but my two teas, I saw their name tags and Luis had pulled Bree aside and I waited a good 30 minutes to see if they would give me my drinks, till a girl had noticed and gave me my two teas.

You guys need to be better other locations always have fresh food, I’m gonna eat this bc I just finished a 16 hour shift but won’t be back ✌️It’s junk food and I still have to eat it cold ?♂️
Not much to say. Food was warm not hot. Didn't have a broccoli dish available. Just ok.
