Want a disaster? Bad service and terrible food! I looked forward to experiencing Chicago’s famous pizza. NOT! The waitress was more interested in cleaning up then tending to her patrons. We waited forever for service and then waited forever for our beverages. The calamari was rings only, no tentacles and undercooked, which made it rubbery. Ugh… and we didn’t have any utensils or napkins… The famous pizza was over cooked and had an entire layer of pork sausage underneath. We couldn’t eat it. And my bill was $50. Really??? Never again.

Both pizzas I ordered on Friday had no taste, they arrived cold and even after I specifically requested that they arrive uncut..they were cut. The folks in the kitchen at this location need to ask themselves if they or their family would pay $25-$35 for each substandard pizza pies like the ones I received. Sad to see Malnati 's quality of service and products go downward. Don't waste your money and look for better quality pizza at other restaurants. Very disappointing....

Had the sausage and peporin pan style. I love that they use a flat sausage pattie for the whole pizza, every bite has meat. And the sauce with chunks of ripe tomatoes.Pay extra for the butter crust. It's great!

Disappointed. I went just to grab a Lou Malnati's salad to go. The salad is supposed to have bits of Volpi salami, which pairs perfectly with the gorgonzola cheese and slightly sweet dressing. I got home and instead of salami it was full of bacon bits. First, I hate bacon bits and second they tasted burnt. There were so many of them they were all over the salad and ruined the taste. A waste of trip and money. Telling customers that they had to substitute the salami would have been a nice gesture.

So awesome! Love the pizza and the frozen option is fantastic too. Amazing salads as well.

This is a take out only but service is very good. Their Chicago style deep dish is very good also the Lou Malnati's salad

Best deep dish around! Got regular pizza for the kids and it was yummy too.

Food was great hot and fresh. Their Gluten Free pizza is great along with their beef sandwiches. Highly recommended. Definitely will return to order again. Great job ??.

My regular local go to was closed so I thought I'd treat myself to a real Lou malnatis. Always hear the commercials never Ordered. So .. I ordered a special; crumbled meat, Italian beef , giardinaire ... Thin crust, well done. Was soo looking forward to my "Italian beef" pizza.Ordered for.pick up, says to stay in your car come at the time or after and they'll meet you... Nope, sat in the car 5 minutes, nobody, everybody pulling up, was walking in. Waited another min, put on a mask and had to walk in with the crowd to get my ?. Smelled delish, crust was the best part, giardinaire didnt have that zing , sauce wasnt anything special, not very cheesy and the meats were ok... Id rate it a 5 out of 10. The taste overall was just Meh... For the price I expected more than just an ok pizza.

One evening my husband and I wanted a snack so we looked for a restaurant that was close and there was this pizza place was tried it. The pizza was fresh & hot the way we like it the people were friendly.
