Disappointing. When Meatheads first opened, the burgers were delicious and juicy. Today, the burger I ate may as well have been cardboard with lettuce and tomato on a bun. The drinks were flat, the tea tasted old and the water was tinged red from fruit juice. I don't think I'll be back again.
They are asking for a vaccine card and mask But the employee's special the one's working at the kitchen they don't even wearing a mask!!!! Seriously? I ask for extra jalapeños and bbq and was no jalapeños ....meatheads now is lowheads nothing like 3- 4 yrs ago I want a refund!!!!
I had a horrible experience. I should of known when I called to place my order and was put on hold for 10 min that I should of just hung up. I get there to pick up my food and at first they couldn’t find my order then they said oh wait we have to redo that order. I go outside to wait for 10 minutes go back in and have to wait longer. I finally get my order I get home my fries tasted like they were microwaved the cheese sauce was hard. I asked for my burgers well done they were still pink and cold I didn’t want grilled onions on there and they were all over the bottom of the box was full of grease. I understand everyone is short staffed right now I don’t mind waiting as long as the quality is worth it. This $30 dinner went right in the garbage. I Will not be going back. Very disappointed ☹️
I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service provided to my wife by Rhonda. She was awesome! She was gracious and kind and professional. Her commitment to customer service was exemplary and far exceeded our expectations. This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction has to be acknowledged. This place deserves 0 stars. The messed up my order. Look at the picture there are school cafeterias that do better. Called immediately and asked for a refund. Was told I would receive the money back in a few days. Week later still no refund. Called back and they gave me the run around saying the manager wasn’t their. I actually ended up having to call my bank to do a charge back to get a refund. Horrible customer service and experience. Keep in mind this was a pick up order and I also had to wait 10 extra minutes than the time I was told it would be ready.

Very nice people, place and food. Would highly recommend this location and any of the other 12 locations. A great experience that you will crave again and again. And also they are very understanding and compassionate.

Awful. I sat at curbside for over 30 minutes. Went inside and stood there for another 10 minutes without being acknowledged at all and then when I said to the person working that I waited for thirty minutes all she said was well people come in and out. Ok...the restaurant was empty!! Then she says there are only two people in the kitchen. Ok again when it's that slow it is totally unnecessary to wait that long plus it was for two hamburgers that cost me 30 dollars!! That's literally a minute for the total time I waited. Never going back. Unreal. You need some urgency to be quicker when it's slow or crowded.
