I picked my cousin up from work and he wanted some McDonald's of course So this is where we went the drive-thru same extremely slow so we went and parked So that he could go inside. I didn't order anything however his fries and nuggets were fresh out of the grease and I enjoyed a few fries and a nugget ??
Worst service ever!!! Burgers weren’t even wrapped properly! Burgers basically falling out the wrapping paper!!! Ordered 2 jalapeño doubles, with 2 jalapeños slices per burger? Like seriously?! This McDonald’s is a joke!! Don’t even know why I bother coming here!
I like going here for breakfast after work each morning. It's usually quick and the workers have good customer service. The food also is usually fresh also.
Just ordered a Big Mac. There is nothing besides a dash of the sauce which is on the edge and absolutely no lettuce. I paid for a Big Mac and go basically a double cheeseburger. 2nd time coming and the fries once again are cold.
Honestly, This McDonald’s is probably the worst I have been to so far. Not only did they get my order wrong but after i corrected them they got it wrong twice with AN ATTITUDE. These staff are under trained and need attitude checks. If i could give zero stars trust me I would.
Disgusting MANAGER AND WORKERS , very unprofessional. I ordered a mobile order and as soon as I told a worker they forgot to give us a vanilla cone she atomically has an attitude and says “we’ll our ice cream machine ain’t working” and says “move up manager is coming” proceeds to slam drive thru window ….. I mean typical McDonald’s manager she has an attitude out the gateway with her arms folded up like she’s mad. GIRL you decided to work at McDonald’s and have enough respect for the company YOU APPLIED for and follow The protocol. That goes for the workers as well. Young man at the cash register was very respectful tho
The workers there are the worst. They're extremely rude and not very customer friendly especially when the manager isnt there. When something goes wrong with my order they treat it like it's my fault instead of the employees every order I get is extremely sloppy, rushed, and the meat tastes like rubber and it seems like it's been left out for hours. they have an incredibly bad attitude problem especially the people who work up front. Completely unacceptable I'm gonna make sure I let everyone know how amazing this McDonald's is. And I'm never gonna be returning to this one again. Thanks for the service.
Went through the drive thru had to pull up & wait for a few minutes, understandable i had a $60 order but they forgot my apple fritters went back in & got them with no problems. It happens thats why you keep your receipts & check your order before you leave anyplace.
Ordered my food using the McD app so I could get points and earn some free food. If you do this and have AT&T cell service, click that you're at the store before you go inside. Seems like ATT service drops as soon as you walk in. Otherwise the food was good, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly.
106 and Cicero McDonald's is the worst. Always forget something and I always have to park. Fries are always cold and buns stale. Need something done with management. New building but not new service
