Whenever we order on the mobile app they never can get our order correct! Always missing an item. Too long of wait also.
Manager is a spaz when I didn't get what I wanted through drive through. Wasn't on receipt so I walked in to order my fries and she had a meltdown. She had an order on the computer at the counter and told me I had to wait. Had a very nice worker there ask if she was taking care of me and I smiled. Thank you. Very hectic and needs better management. I paid for my fries and left. Management needs to change. Evening of 4/6/2022
Says 24 hours but I have come here 3 days between 12-4 and it’s always closed off. I can see the worker sitting inside in their phone.
Organized, employees take care of the customers when they come in. Even if talking amongst themselves eyes are always on the front ready to help the customers that enter.
We come to this McDonald’s location as it’s the closest one to our home and our kids enjoy their Happy Meal days. Every single time we have been to this location, without fail, our order is wrong or something is always forgotten. Today my husband went to get meals and including Happy Meals. Our kids’ meals were missing from the boxes. Usually we check the boxes but didn’t this time. Check your bags and Happy Meal boxes each time to avoid having to go back in line.
2-22-2022Drive thru service was terrible. Pulled up to order a hamburger and shake at 818 at night. No shakes available. When trying to re adjust the order with the passenger in the car due to no shake, the worker kept saying anything else? What I didn’t hear you.We pulled around for the hamburger- one customer in front of us. Someone took their money. We waited 5 min. No one came to window.when someone did they said just pull forward. No one was at the next window. A few feet away, there were young workers on cell phones that looked but never walked over. We pulled away as no one was going to help us. You lost a customer McDonalds.
The order was perfect, and the service was fast. This crew that was working was awesome. Thank you so much.
Was able to efficiently order my food using the app and order last minute additional items without a problem. This McDonalds trains their clerks efficiently!
I go to this McDonald's sometimes when I get off work in the a.m. and get breakfast. My food is always fresh, and good. I've never gotten my order back wrong. And the service is always good and sufficient. I prefer this McDonald's over any other one. That's probably why they are always packed with ppl in the A.M. I'm happy with the quality and service.
Fast and friendly. My order was correct. They had to modify it tho because the shake machine wasn't working. I got a refund. The cashier got the situation together quickly. Good was fresh. It's not much to rave about. It's McDonald's lolz
