Always great food and amazing service. I eat here for lunch at least once a week and have had quite a few different items from the menu. highly recommend the SoCal Burrito, any thing chicken, and the the cessina is alway awesome. Just had the strawberry churro amd ice cream today, worth the trip for that alone
0 stars would be my rating for Lucky Burrito!! My husband & our family have been ordering from here almost everyday for almost 2 weeks now, about 8 tacos every time we order. YESTERDAY WAS TERRIBLE!! I asked to speak to the manager because my order wasn't correct & the lady said there wasn't one but she could help. I tell her how my order is incorrect & she doesn't apologize, instead she continually argues that she took the order & she knows what was ordered. For 2 weeks I've ordered my tacos the same way, onions and cilantro ON THE SIDE, JUST PLAIN TACOS, ADD CHEESE & AVOCADO. & I usually tip the lady very kindly so you would think she'd at least try to right her wrong, nope just likes to argue. My family & I will look for our tacos elsewhere now. The tacos here are so small, compared to other Mexican restaurants you'd think they were mini tacos.
Let me first say that I read the reviews before deciding to order from him. Ordered two steak taco dinner with guacamole and chips on the side. Spent $30 just to have the most blandest meal ever. Guacamole taste just like avocado and tomato’s mixed together no salt added at all. And the tacos were tasteless even with the cilantro and onion and cheese on it and drench in salsa they put on the side it was still very disappointing. So not only the food tasting like nothing I found a long string of hair in one of my steak tacos . Zero stars if I could. Go somewhere where ppl actually care to put effort in the food and not just take your money.
Just picked up a couple tacos. It was efficient and the tacos were good. I did not dine inside just took them to go. Cost me $6 for two tacos but as I said they were good.
Food was decent but not made how we ordered it, so I payed extra for cheese that was not added, they put sour cream on one of our orders which we SPECIFICALLY stated we did not want! would NOT recommend.
Fresh, delicious, great presentation and thoughtful. Quick delivery. They even wrap your soda so it stays cold. A very strong 4 Stars.
Had the chorizo and steak burrito...the best I ever had. The wait staff was so nice and helpful with the menu. My cashier was super sweet.
Best beef soup around town.burrito ,tacos anything that cooks there is super good quality,n good low price,i go almost every day lol
Prices higher than usual for a Mexican restaurant. They have Tripa (intestines), Cesina (dried beef), etc. on the menu, but no lengua (cow tongue?) That right there should have been a red flag. The menu it shows online is also different from what the restaurant actually serves since there aren't things like "Chicago Burrito" on the menu in the physical store.I ended up paying $18.88 for one ground beef burrito, two tripa tacos & a Jarrito. None of these came with any sides. The decor is your standard mexican restaurant. Nothing fancy. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready. 2/5The tacos by default are corn as well as very small. These were honestly like the mini-tacos you get from other places. The tripa was overcooked, almost burned to a crisp so it was very dry. It was like biting into matchsticks. Presentation was ok. The 3 sauces (red, green & fresh salsa) were all meh except for the pico de gallo which had a sweet taste to it that brightened up the food. 2/5The burrito was a mess. Upon grabbing it you quickly realize they skimped out on ingredients as there's a lot of air. Upon biting into it you see there's barely anything in there except for some ground beef with what looks to be nacho cheese & lettuce. There may have been a small spoonful of rice, onions, etc. inside this big burrito, but they were even noticeable. Because it wasn't packed enough it flopped around, threatening to spillover whenever it had the chance. I held strong by keeping it wrapped in the foil, slightly rolling down the foil with each bite, but it was not enough & I still ended up with stains on my shirt. 2/5Overall this place is below average. The prices are higher than the norm, the food is not good, and there's nothing special about the service either.2 out of 5 stars
Food was fire as always. Josh and the Lucky Burrito fam go above and beyond. We stop in for tacos all the time and we had a party tonight and ordered a bunch of tacos and they took care of everything and it was perfect. They opened another location in Alsip and I will definitely be there all the time.
