This place was so good. I've never been to a Longhorn steakhouse before. My best friend and I went for my birthday and it wad fantastic. Great vibes, sat right away at the bar. Food was absolutely freaking delicious. And I would definitely rate this place a 5 out of 5. Idk maybe its my experience when I go to places but lately it's been good out here. Anyway thanks long horn. You guys rocked it out. Oh and BTW I had the parmesan crusted chicken breast and boy let me tell you it's smack your momma good lol. I swear. Smackin. Anyway I've rambled enough. Keep it up guys. You guys can't let down now in the future. Lol.

The place wasn't even crowed as I went this Monday but l got there around 4:40. Plenty of empty tables yet it still took over 30 min to be seated at a table. I ordered my ribeye medium but the steak was cooked well done. I also order asparagus but they forgot to serve it when my order arrived so I just canceled it. However the steak was still flavorful but just well done. The waitress a young lady nabbed Carla was very nice and apologized for the wait and mixup of the order and offered to take everything thing back but I didn't want to wait any longer. I just ate a few bites. If my food and left. Carla the waitress was the highlight of my visit at this location in Oaklawn on 95th Pulaski. I will not visit that Location again but will visit other Longhorn locations

My first time here. It was decent. The server was nice. Place was clean. Noise was bearable. Silverware had stains on them. I don’t know why that gets to me. Hot to ask for a cup of hot water to clean then. I had the lamp chop (that i forgot to photograph). I would give them a 7 out of 10. The glaze that was on them was the star. Had not for it, they would not have any taste. My date that i was with sent her back due to the lack of flavor. She then reordered the New York stripe. Now they snapped with it. Flavorful and juice. Cooked medium well perfectly. Drink was nice. Almost like two for one of you order the strawberry margarita.

We had a great first experience at longhorn steakhouse. My steak was cooked perfect. My husbands salmon was so flavorful and juicy. I also enjoyed the wild west shrimp. The taste was phenomenal. The waitress was excellent as well as the margaritas. We will recommend and definitely return.

Great food! Would've ended well if the server didn't blur out that my card declined. Since I was tired of waiting for her to come back and try again, I just google paid, WITH THE SAME CARD.

We went out for a lady who just retired from our work place. Most of us had lunch, some had dinner. Our meals were great. 1 had an issue with their steak not being cooked well enough, but still had a great meal. We also had a few beers each & the waiter gave us outstanding customer service. As for the vaccine mandate, it was so quick & easy. Just have your picture ID out with your vaccine card & your good to go. It takes the same time to check the ID, so don't get why people complained it takes too long.

Providing the best customer experience can seem like an insignificant part of the job when you just want to work and go home, or just go home. On this particular evening, this was certainly the vibe... Some acknowledgement in the door and offer of help is always a nice start to that experience. When cleaning an area where the previous customers have finished their meal, it seems best to me, that the area be cleaned to the point where there aren't crumbs in corners and scattered about when the next customer(s) come to enjoy their time, even at the bar. In my personal opinion: If your waiter/waitress takes your cup/glass away to the back for refills, he/she should bring it back in a new, clean cup/glass. Not the same one. (Different strokes for different folks, I know...) Finally, the check. Surely, when you're busy, you're busy. Can't blame them for that. So just keeping an eye out for when the customer is trying to pay their check, and getting that done as promptly as possible, is something every customer appreciates.
