I was the only person in there and i had to wait 50 mins for 3 pizzas and 2 breads. When it was done the cashier said that I only ordered 1 bread and would need to wait 15mins . Maybe the overweight girl should help out instead of standing and eating ice cream
One star is too good for this place. Ordered online 2 hours ahead and it said it would be ready at a specific time. Receive 2 emails that the pizza was ready. When arrived there the pizza was not ready and the lobby was full of angry people also waiting for their pizza that's late. Waited 20 minutes and then was told that the special pizza I ordered isnt there. The lady couldnt find it (must have gave it to someone else). She said I can wait but no way was I going to wait even longer. I just told her to give me a cheese pizza instead. Paid extra for a specialty pizza and ended up getting a cheese. Also the pizza was cold! Don't waste your time...go somewhere else!!
I ordered online at 5:47pm for pick up at 6:30 and I didn't leave with my order until 7:08. It was ready the entire time as I waited with other customers, but because they are so short staffed,there was no one registering the names and order numbers in the pizza portal. There were stacks of pizzas ready in the back,but because the employees were being overworked and busy, they weren't able to come to the front to call out names and see who was there to pick up their order. It was a mess. The manager was there but he told everyone to wait and be patient, or he was shutting his doors, yet we already paid in advance online. Then he went in the back and didn't bother to help pass out the orders that were sitting ready in the warmers or on the table in back. Most people were just trying to see if the pizzas that were ready, were their orders. This place needs someone to mind the front area and only that, to make sure the paid orders are being distributed ,and more in the back to help these poor employees make pizzas. I'll most likely avoid ordering here because every time it's been a mess and atleast an hour wait. It's not hot and ready and ordering online does not save time, it just creates chaos at this location. Hope these employees get more help.
I've had fantastic service here nearly every time I've ordered, usually for pickup. The one time I ordered delivery it was cancelled before it could arrive and no one was answering the phone. I drove over in a huff, but when I arrived I found a large crowd and there was hardly a handful of employees. My heart ached for the manager doing her best to keep herself and the customers calm as more and more people filed in. The service is impeccable, but the treatment by corporate is reprehensible and irresponsible in them hardly having a few people working on a Saturday evening.
I have been to this place twice and will no longer patronize it! I ordered a pizza to pick up at a later time and it was a whole hour later. I was told that one of the workers gave my order to someone else so they had to give me a new one. The one girl was super sweet and I didn't go off on her because she was already frustrated.That location needs at least 2 more employees. I nderstand you can't hire when no one is applying, but at least have the orders ready on time, close to on time and giv the order to the right person.I'm not going to this store again...or if I do, I'll go on a day when there's not a big wait to order...like a Tuesday!
I gave them 1 star because of the timing. I understand they are understaffed and they do what they can, but hope my review can help others. With that said, it takes a long time for pizzas to be ready. Online estimated time is not accurate. Before you head out make sure you track your order online. Many times you get there and they are not even working on the pizzas yet.
The last 3 times I have been to this location I have had to wait 30+ minutes for an online order. Today was definitely my last time ever ordering from this location and possibly this company. I arrived after my given order time which was 7:45 at 8:00. Once I get there I stand around with the other 10 people in lobby to be ignored by the staff completely and after 45 minutes being told it’s being processed. How is my order being processed still 45 minutes after my pick up time. I then ask what being proceed means and he says ohh it’s in the oven. I am no pizza maker but I doubt it takes more than hour to bake a pizza. I calmly ask how long my pizza will be in the oven for a while he says he doesn’t know. Do you not set timers or are you just that behind on tickets? I work in the food industry and know how tickets/orders should be being handled and the way they do it is not correct. Why are you taking waiting/walk in orders when you can’t even handle your online orders. I get it there were only 2 people working but then take off your online orders and stop setting unrealistic ticket times. I’m also appalled the way the “manager” speaks to guest yelling at guest when you can’t fulfill orders
Placed an order on the app at 3:10pm so I wouldn't have to wait. The projected time for pick up was 3:45-3:50. I received a notification indicating that my order was ready for pickup, so I went in to pick it up. There were about 10 people waiting (including myself). The two Door Dash drivers that were ahead of me, looked visibly frustrated. I waited about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, with the question: "have you placed an order yet?"! When I responded with yes, the woman at the register yelled, "is there anyone here who has NOT placed an order yet?" There were three people behind me, so she took their orders first because she didn't want them just standing around. After waiting 20 minutes, I was finally asked my name and what I had ordered. My order was ready to go in the warmers, but I ended up waiting between 20-25 minutes in total - which defeated the whole purpose of using the app
I ordered a pizza at 5:30 p.m. my order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. I arrived at 6:30 to find only one cashier worker one lady who claimed to be the manager who could not speak English and maybe one or two workers in the back number one need to hire more people. But I waited until about 7:00 told her I would be back in about half an hour cuz they were so busy. I got back at 8:15 and my pizza still was not ready set and waited about 15 minutes the lady called out a name I asked her what the name was she repeated it and then I asked her 5 minutes later again about my order she asked what my name was I told her very clear again that my name is Dawn and she said very rudely that she just called my name out why didn't I say anything when I did in fact say something and the other customers there were so fed up they just demanded money back she refused. Did not even offer crazy bread or anything for the weight which I think is very very unprofessional also. This store is very busy I think it might be time for them to expand or move locations cuz they definitely need a bigger store and more workers.
It all started with ordering 20 pizzas in the early afternoon. I had it to be ready at 7 pm. I even called around 4 to make sure my order was still on time, they confirmed it good. Come 7 pm, I’m there and the lobby is packed and my pizzas aren’t ready! I had over 40 people waiting to eat during Ramadan and I had nothing to serve them. I literally waited in the lobby until 7:45 and at the end they only gave me 15 pizzas. The employees are complete trash just like their service. The employees wouldn’t even apologize or try to make the scenario better. Definitely the worst experience I had with any fast food place I have ever been too.
