Stopped at Oak Lawn location this evening. Ordered 2 Cesar wraps Salami sandwich and a turkey Tom. Katherine order taker very nice, fantastic customer service. I requested the turkey be placed in separate bag since going to separate place. She informed the sandwich makers. Received everything in one bag. When I stated the one sandwich was to be separate the taller male stated oh take a bag from there and separate it. I did not know which one it was..wrong sandwich ended with wrong person. His customer service and general attitude is not worth going back for awhile.
I would give it Zero Stars if i could. Manager and staff were terrible.Had to wait 20 min for order. 12 people that can in the store after me got there order before me. The kids putting the sandwiches together were HORRIBLE!DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

White/Hispanic male manager is very rude. My daughter walked in without her mask and he demanded that she leave. I will never purchase anything from this location again.
