Probably the worst staff/employees I’ve ever dealt with within the food industry. They did not look like they wanted to be there, or even want to take an order. I ordered two sandwiches and both sandwiches were made wrong, such as not even putting the correct meat on the sandwich. I’ve been here plenty of times before and I will not be returning.
Sandwich was fine, staff was incompetent. Ordered online and it said my sandwich is ready when I got there my sandwich hadn't even been started yet. Three employees behind the counter two of them were trying to fix a screw up with a guy who's in front of me, another one was on a phone. Even after the guy in front of me left and two more people walked in behind me no one behind the counter acknowledged any of the customers. I had to initiate the communication for something that I was paying for. Seriously, I've worked in the food service industry for over 25 years in various capacities (server, prep cook, manager, baker and bartender) And pardon my blunt criticism but the staff at this location fail at the most fundamental level of food service: basic customer service. I've seen 7-Eleven clerks who were better at their job than this. Awful.
Get online orders wrong often, and are not always the nicest to deal with. This was their last chance our office will not be going there any further.
