Ordered steak/rice fajitas for me, chicken/rice fajitas for my daughter with 2 large queso dips and chips. Worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. Steak and chicken were undercooked. Queso dips ended up being fried cheese that was soaked in butter. Was not “dippable” at all and very salty. Paid $64!!! Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend!!!

Bought 2 huge burritos. Definitely get good portion for your money. Open late and food is ready fast and hot.

Well, we have been coming here for awhile but the last few months the service has been getting worse and our orders have been wrong. The younger lady that has taken over the front counter continues to get our orders wrong and is extremely rude. When I returned one of the meals tonight because it was wrong, she told me we should have spoken up and maybe we would get the right order. Our drink had no ice in it as well, after she asked us multiple times if we wanted ice. She said all she could do was refund us for the one meal because we paid in cash. I said well that doesn’t help us and now all the other food is cold. She said it was our own fault for not eating it when we got it. Also, since we took a drink of the horchata, she couldn’t refund it. Most drinks you have to take a sip to realize if it’s right, so I’m not sure how that makes sense. Just extremely poor customer service. They brought our food back out and put it on the table. At this point we didn’t trust eating it. So we paid almost $40 and walked out with a $8 refund and no food. We were told that they can make up whatever policy they want in terms of refunds. They don’t have to offer receipts or post their business policies. It’s at the businesses discretion. I’m assuming since she said if we paid in card it would be different, that they would have had to refund us the whole thing, but cash they only had to refund one item-they push the rules to make it work the best for them.

We have been going to Jalisco Express at 109th and Cicero for awhile but the last few months the service has been getting worse and our orders have been wrong. They may have taken $32 of our money tonight, but they have lost our business forever. I cannot attach any images because I have no food to show and no receipts are given to prove your order/charges.

Very good food and we're open on XMAS! They were fast and the food was fresh. I'm super picky on my Mexican (As I'm Mexican ?) and I totally overlooked this place all these years!! I'm glad I stumbled on them since the world was closed for Christmas hahahaha!

After trying this place a couple times for 2nd chances, the tacos here are horrible. I had al pastor and steak. The pastor tacos marinate taste like some sauce from the grocery store and the steak tacos meat taste like it sits in the fridge for days.

Usually get a burrito but it comes with alot of chewies. Not like it use to be. Also not open til 2am. Times are a complete lie. Pretty sure its lights out after 930.

Great place! Friendly staff. Quick with orders! And the only place I know in the s.w. burbs that has potato tacos!

They have prices online that say 8.95 and then 14.99 for the same item. Then you get there and the price is actually 19.99. I left without my food. Either honor your online pricing or stay on top of keeping it updated!! Will not be returning.

Their fish tacos are cooked perfectly and plentiful. Could use a bit of seasoning but the best fish taco around!
