Customer Service can make or break an experience.The food was surprisingly delicious but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. My husband and I were not greeted as we entered in, in fact we had to speak first and sat ourselves. We were unsure as to who worked there initially because it took a while for one of the three individuals sitting around to finally approach us. There were no menus available to us… we were given food choices and prices by mouth from our waiter. They only had catfish, chicken, and fries to serve and nothing else.The overall vibe was unpleasant due to the lack of warmth of the workers which made us feel slightly uncomfortable. This might be a better place to go just for drinks at the bar after work instead of for a dine out experience.
First let me say I'm a 40+ year old which at this age I'm looking for a low key not too rah rah type of spot an let me say this is it. D.J was bussin bangers the entire time, met the owner who I complimented on their Southwest egg rolls(to die for). My entire experience was PHENOMENAL I recommend trying this place an im sure if there's a problem the owner would be more than happy to accommodate an make your visit a grand one.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We celebrated my sister’s birthday at GG’s May 6 and we all enjoyed ourselves. It was karaoke night and it was a blast!!!! The staff is amazing and professional. The food and drinks were perfect and the DJ has us all dancing the entire time! Good vibes and good times! Thank you for allowing us to celebrate her at your establishment!!!!
This was my first time going and I treated my best friend for her birthday!We went to brunch and the food and drinks were amazing!Tamika ,our mixologist and server was amazing!!Arrive early so you can get a seat!will definitely like to have a future event there soon!!
Went to G Spot on Saturday, what a blast! Bar is beautiful, clean and the service was impeccable. We met the owner and she was delightful, kind and very professional. Grrrreat music. We loved the place and will return.
Glad to have found this spot with great food, music and drinks! The owner/management are the best. If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth checking out! Can’t wait to go back!
I met friends for lunch and we had a blast.The cocktails were tasty; well made, not weak but not overly strong. The food was good. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was tasty. I would highly recommend it.The atmosphere was festive. They had a DJ that played nice music at a nice volume. We were able to talk without yelling and groove when we felt like it.I would highly recommend this place.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR EVENT HERE!!!!! The owner was rude and disrespectful! The entire time I was spinning she kept coming up telling me to turn the sound down! Is this a club or nah! Funny… But when my male counterparts played there was no complaints about sound! Hmmmmm wonder why? Don’t worry “Sister” I WONT BE BACK!
Loveeeee this place!! Great atmosphere, drinks & food….. always a great time whenever I’m there!!! But this is a grown people Establishment and not a Hood club. If you want a place to chill or listen to good music this is your place. Plus the DRINKS BE ON POINT !!!
