Great Food and Great Staff! What a find! The atmosphere is lively and friendly. The hostess happily greeted us and took us to a booth. The menu is large. I ordered a delicious martini and our server, Nick was friendly and attentive. We had a house sale that was delicious and the blue cheese dressing was the best ever! We both ordered the Tuscan penne pasta and Wow!! From my first bite, my tastebuds were jumping with joy! We will be back again and again! My new favorite restaurant!
it's a go to every trip to Midway and after flying back from FLA today we got two half baked pizzas. THEY TURNED OUT AWESOME! Thin crust magic back home in Northwest Indiana. Fox's is always good!
I order here way too often but it’s hard not to because of the great pizza and friendly staff. They also have the best mozzarella sticks on the south side. Five stars.
Went for Birthday party, they allowed us to bring a cake, had 5 pizzas plus drinks. Great time for all.
I have been a long time customer with no problems. Tonight we ordered online, like normal now, we had it delivered. After 20 minutes past the delivery time range I called the restaurant. The person on the phone said they were busy and running late but the delivery has left. I asked if she knew when my order would come and she told me it will be there when the driver arrives. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was no more help. I told her that she was loosing a customer which all she said was sorry. There are plenty of other pizza places that give better customer service. Don't trust Fox's anymore.

Very disappointing. Have eaten here several times in the past as well as the Orland location. There was more than enough staff, no waiting to be seated. Ordered the Appetizer combo, small pizza, beef sandwich and shrimp dinner. Wish I would have taken a pic of the appetizer combo. Our waiter literally set a bowl in front of us into which onion rings, mushrooms, mozzarella sticks and zucchini had been thrown. No condiments or garnish of any kind were provided. The beef sandwich was lacking in beef and the pizza, brought out as an after thought, was burnt. Our waiter was MIA. I can only presume he was new and untrained. Drinks were mediocre. Won't be returning. ☹️
I ordered 3 family sized pizzas and a gluten free to be delivered at 6 on Saturday the 18th. I waited until 6:20 to call and ask about the delivery and was told they were waiting for us to pick them up. Why would I add a tip for the delivery if it wasn’t being delivered. They finally arrived cold, burnt and the gluten pizza had the top stuck to the cheese. I just called to complain to the snippy Takeout Manager and she said she was there when they went out and they were fine. I don’t know if she looked at all the pizzas because she would have seen that they were burnt. She offered a $10.00 discount on a next order which is a laugh because there won’t be a next order. Foxes isn’t what it used to be.
Went there on 12/4/21 for dinner about 5:30 pm. Service was poor, dining room was dirty, It took longer than expected and it wasn't busy, When I finally got my food it was cold! ( Lemon Salmon) couldn't find the Waitress so I took my plate to the Waitress station myself where another Waitress took it back in the Kitchen, a few minutes later she brought it to me and it was the same food reheated, it was hot but dry and leathery, not our first time there but definitely our last. ,
Family friendly environment. Clean, pleasant, and relaxing decor. Food is prepared / flavored at a happy medium, that everyone will like.
