I sat in line for 20 minutes with only one guy in front of me and a person was calling with four orders I’m the phone it said if telling them to hold on and take my order they continue taking the person on the phones or which took more than 20 minutes therefore I just walked out understaffed I have eaten there before food was not bad but their service is horrible nobody wants to wait for 30 minutes to take a order and then wait another 20 minutes to get their food I would just go to a real steakhouse if I was gonna do that prices are already high enough
Horrible. Little young guy Wouldn't let me use my Tmobile discount! Had never been to Firehouse. Was gonna try it for the first time. None near my house. Drove 22 miles because there's one not too far from Midway airport. Very dissapointed. No longer interested in going there. You lost me firehouse plus all my co-workers and military friends.
They are absolutely disrespectful and don’t know how to talk to their customers. Not accommodating at all. Never going there again.

The food is always good and the staff was very matter of fact but very friendly!
Subs are great.. some of the best in my general area, only issue is that they are seriously understaffed.. waited over half an hour for my subs.
Great sandwiches and friendly staff. This is my favorite place to get a sandwich, hands down.
Good sub. Much better than a Subway or Quiznos (are they still around?) Pricier but you get a SANDWICH.
