This is the best Dunkin I have ever been too. They get very busy but do their best possible to take care of customers promptly. My coffee is always great and made just how I order. The manager does a great job managing his staff. It is also very clean and pleasant inside

I went in to this Dunkin and they don’t make the drinks like the picture shown don’t go there and waste your money I talked to the manager and he was arguing with me saying he dosent carry the whipped crème that goes with the salted carmel this is false advertisment.

I find that not only this Dunkin but many are not all that friendly. Maybe I'm old school thinking that we can get a Good Morning and a Thank you have a nice day as they did back in the day. I like the coffee so I keep coming but how much more business can they get if they're at least be nicer and more courteous.Also, don't understand why the snacking bacons are not the same at each Dunkins nor prices. The price of a large coffee, donut and snacking bacon is less expensive downtown Chicago than in Oakland.

Don’t buy coconut refresher from here. They gave me spoiled coconut milk. I requested them to remake my drink and supposedly they remake it but it looked the same. On top I was given attitude about it. I asked for a refund and the girl keep arguing that they remade my drink so it was right. I had to drive to another Dunkin’ to buy a new drink.

Inconsistent and inattentive service and food quality. Lobby often closed completely or with hastily posted KIOSK ONLY signs due to staffing issues. 50% average on getting your order right. AVOID THIS LOCATION

i just moved over here by oak lawn and i was excited to see a dunkin so close to me due to the fact that i am a dunkin and coffee addict. i went thru the drive thru around 7pm and was greeted by a nice young lady she took my order and it was all correct. i pulled up to the window to a young African American lady she was so nice she repeated my order as well as asked me how my day was while with a smile on her face .i asked her a couple questions about the neighborhood and she answered with noting but positive things. to be honest she brighten my night and i feel like she should be employee of the month how ever that works. my only problem i do have with this dunkin is that the manager have two females working at night i just don't believe its safe for two women to be closing a coffee place or any place down at night by there self's. great employee just bad management. if i worked at dunkin and my manger have me and another female co worker close i would demand a male worker or a cop car close by if anything happen. i hope that young lady continue to bring light and positive energy to that dunkin .#greatemployeebadmanager. im going to try to come in the morning and talk to the manager and get my coffee (small hot coffee 2 cream with turbo shot) hopefully he see my review

Was so upset with manager or owner of this f’n place . I wanted to buy a hot coffee in a mug for a Secret Santa gift . You know, like who wants cold coffee??I took a thermos and ask for it to be filled with hot coffee. After looking at the thermos this manager fills it up , charges me .. puts it in the table and said “ oh and by the way this thermos is for cold drinks only and i can’t exchange it “ I was like what !! you knew about this and you didn’t advise me !!!! I could not hold it and flipped !! That’s just wrong to do yo somebody .

Used Uber Eats to order myself and the girls in the office some well needed coffee but to our surprise our order was wrong! Instead of pancake minis, they gave us hash browns. Then they forgot one of the drinks. So I re-ordered the right things and waited yet again. When we got our second order, the drink looks like it was sitting there. Like it wasn't made fresh. She got a coolatta and all the syrup sat at the bottom. Which makes me thing because they forgot it the first time they probably just put that one they forgot in the new order bag and called it a day! Then the pancake minis that we ordered a second time, were ICE COLD. I have never had any problems with this Dunkin before but I am highly disappointed in the service!! We had a pretty easy order and both times, something was wrong. Will not be ordering from here anytime soon.

The owner / manager (30yo male) got aggressive with my girlfriend. He also lashed out on a young new employee at the register today(almost bringing him to tears) . It's been a week that they weren't accepting cash. I live within one block of this dunkin and have been a loyal dunkin customer for 10+ years so its very sad to say, I will not be returning to this location until the problems here are fixed.
