The doors were locked at 8 PM while there were 8-10 customers inside the dining room.
I also wish I can give this location a zero. I come to this location every weekend and I always order on the go and walk in. Everytime since I've been coming to this location I have to wait til one of the like 5 to 6 people behind the counter says something. Meanwhile some of them behind the counter looking at you like you did something wrong. BTW my food was just placed on the counter when I walked in. The last time I was in there I over heard the manager tell one of the girls for inside pick up they need to put it on the rack they have inside. Why can't they hire people who can actually listen. This location is closer to where I live and I don't think I'll be coming back to this location again.
This Dunkin has terrible customer service. It is run by a bunch of teenagers who have not been taught common courtesy. They will run out decaf and try to serve you caffeine instead. Then lie to your face when asked about it. No apologies and no explanations. The location in Evergreen Park is vastly superior.
When there isn't the younger manager working and running the store, expect both rude and slow service. Store manager seems to be doing the best he can with the staff he has.
I try to stay away from reviewing fast food chains. But the service here was terrible and the team here has been rude on multiple occasions. I visited 3x and that was my fault. But each time they overcook, bubble up, and burn my wraps...the even worse part is that it's never warm when I get them. It's like burnt cheese in a bubbled tortilla. Yuck.For the rude part: Instead of telling me at the order box which items they were out of, they rushed me along and waited to tell me when I got to the window that they were out of the syrup I ordered. No apologies, no thank you after I got my items, just which syrup you want instead?
I ORDERED AVOCADO AND ROASTED TOMATO TOAST! THE LADY GAVE ME HUMMUS AND ROASTED TOMATO INSTEAD. I TOLD HER I ORDERED WITH THE AVOCADO AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE ABOUT THE WRONG ORDER. TOLD ME TO PULL UP FRONT. THEY SCRAPED THE HUMMUS PUT AVOCADO AND GAVE IT TO ME COLD!!!! SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH DD!!!!
Coffee and Donuts are Good…
Every single time I com here. It’s absolutely horrible. I get the most simplest drink. This doesn’t even look good. And why is it everytime I get a coffee it looks like a pint a Guinness. Coffee shouldn’t have foam on the top unless ask for cold foam.They always find a way to screw it up. There coffee is always freaking burnt. The girls and the guys that’s work there are always so rude. And every time I ask for Splenda in coffee they never put it in. If I ask for a lemon on my ice tea they never put it in. It’s horrible. They used to be so good. NEVER EVER go there if u really want a coffee. You will be very disappointed and it will ruin ur day. You get one good coffee once in a blue moon. They need to fix there customer service and their coffee!!! Absolutely horrible. Fix it Dunkin.
This used to be a great location. Ordered today and they got every aspect of the order wrong. Bacon Croissant was sausage. Bacon bagel was burnt. 2 vanilla log johns both chocolate. Very disappointing, make sure to check your order carefully.
