Horrible!!! Arrived there at 9:30 am and Bavarian cream donut was hard as a rock!!! Tells me they resell prior days food. Disgusting.
Sometimes when staff is new my coffee may miss the mark,( I order via app); However, today my coffee was on point, and we’ll made. The line was short as well, so that me very happy!!!
Drive thru was too tight for my truck. Refresher was good.
This is literally the worst Dunkin to go to, in my opinion. The past few times I went there they were really busy with only two workers. I’m a very understanding/patient person. I saw there was a huge line so I ordered my coffee for walk-in through the app. I went inside a few minutes later and continued to stand and wait for THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES. I then asked if my order was ready and she finally got around to making it. When she handed it to me it was immediately wrong. Wrong size, had no cold foam and even the coffee looked odd in color. I already waited a ridiculous amount of time so I kept quiet and thought maybe I could fix it with cream and sugar. Then she handed me my other coffee and I walked out the door. Got into my car and tasted what was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It was SOUR. Both of them. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t plan on ever going there again so if you’re thinking about going there, save yourself a trip and don’t.
Took too long to get a cold coffee but tha girl in tha counter was hot
Drive thru lady was rude and didn't make my matcha latte right. She just dumped the matcha in and didn't bother to mix it.
The drive thru is terrible. I have a lower car with nice wheels I want to take care of. But I can’t even go thru without scraping on the side or the big potholes. The parking lot is terrible. They need to fix it ASAP. Make it less narrow. I can hardly fit with a small car
You pay almost $4 for a coffee and they hand you a burnt coffee thats prob been setting there for a few hrs. This place is a hit or miss depending on whos working
Drive threw: The lady was rude and didn't acknowledge her fault when she dismissed me when I said I didn't know what else I wanted and she said ok drive around to the window. My cappuccino tasted burned went back got my second coffee and it felt significantly lighter..... more than half was foam.... this is the worst dd in the entire world....
coffee/food is fine. it's a hit or miss with the lady at the cashier. sometimes she's quiet and nice, other times, she's yelling at her coworkers (in front of customers) or commenting on customers (in front of customers). she's very rude and disrespectful.
