Ordered pizzas tonight and had the order delivered since we were relaxing and didn't feel like going out. My pizza had chicken on it which wouldn't be a big deal aside from the fact that I'm a vegetarian. I called to politely let the store know, expecting that they'd right their wrong and deliver the correct pizza. Instead, they said I'd have to bring the pizza to their store, and then they'd make a new one (which completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery since I didn't want to go out in the first place). I wasn't going to do that because it wasn't my fault they messed up. Sotheir solution was a $5 credit for next time, which isn't even enough to cover the cost of a pizza. I ended up having to pick off the chicken, which again isn't a big deal, but if I didn't, I wouldn't have had anything to eat for dinner. Never had an issue with this location before (aside from regularly forgetting garlic sauce, which also happened tonight) but I'm dumbfounded that they couldn't just re-make the pizza and deliver it since it was THEIR mistake and we paid for delivery.Super disappointed in the non-chalant attitude that I received. I hope next time they make a mistake on someone's order, they handle it better because some people wouldn't have been as nice as I was about the situation.

Called for a pizza @7:30pm, and I waited the usual wait time for a pizza (40+ mins) when that time was up, I was notified that my pizza was on the way @8:35pm. Mind you, this location is about 5mins away from where I live, so I was anticipating the order to be here by 8:50 latest. Waiting, no call or texts. It’s not 9:15pm, and no pizza. I call and ask to see what happened, only to hear the driver went back because nobody answered the door. EVEN THOUGH our order and tip were PAID online. He didn’t call us to come out, and he claimed he rand the doorbell, but I’ve been home. I was waiting for the pizza. Anyway, this was suppose to be dinner, and to have to cancel and start over is upsetting.
This is the worse dominos pizza ever. Literally, the most sloppy pizza ever! Never ordering from this Oaklawn location again. My kids only opened it and took a look at it then decided to eat noodles from a cup instead! I mean, I don’t blame them, do you think this pizza was made right?!
This location isn't the one that delivers to me which makes me sad because the dominos that does is terrible (bridgeview) lol. I have no problem going to pick my food up because the quality is so much better than the store that does delivery to my area. I love the cheesy bread and handtossed pizza specifically because of the garlic seasoning and they made it perfectly. I was told by the one in bridgeview neither of those items have garlic seasoning and in turn ended up with nasty bland food several times before actually going in and complaining. Thank you to the staff at this location honestly you are great. I was really missing my dominos and had boycotted because of being treated terrible and was even cussed at in bridgeview for just asking why there was no garlic on my pizza crust or cheesy bread but it said it in menu description. I always give honest and fair reviews and update them based on experience and you guys definitely earned your 5 stars for Friday especially since you were busy and I had a large order.

Can I just say that I have never had breadsticks this good before?!?! I don't know what they are doing or what recipe they are using or when they change because it has been a while since I've been to Domino's. And I remember it being good then but this is another level! I've seen the commercials for the oven baked dips and so I wanted to try them and the bread twist that come with them are just beyond delicious I I really am just shook! They were that good. I hurt myself because I didn't want to stop eating them! I've embarrassed myself enough, go try them for yourselves! Oh yeah, the dip was just okay ?
So I'm in little company of Mary hospital. I got hung up on 3 times while trying to order 8 pizzas for my nurses from the DOMINOS 9022 Cicero RESTAURANT. a Mexican speaking man said he didn't know the address. I asked to speak to a manager and he gave me the "closed recording." I then called 2 more times, told them I was in the hospital,and they connected me to the same guy, who said I need address. He could nearly understand me. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT.... But he again for the 3 time put me in closed recording message. It's 11:30 at this time. I called again and the 4th time 11:45- it went directly to closed message and hung up. Guess they don't need the business. Keep the guy throwing business away.
