This is the second time this has happened to me at this location unfortunately. I DoorDashed this so I could not physically watch the food being made. With that being said, I ordered double chicken, and from the looks of it both times I received MAYBE one half serving of chicken. This is one ladle spoons worth. It it $3.55 extra to order extra chicken. On top of ordering extra chicken and receiving less than a normal portion, I have dietary needs in mind that need to be met when I order double. I like to give the benefit of doubt to people, but this has happened twice now with the same result. I would never order from this location unless you can physically watch them make your food.

Terrible customer service. They were short on a bunch of ingredients. Beans were being scooped as if there’s nothing left. Everything was poured into the bowl as if they had to save some for the next costumer. When I asked them to add more they charged me double for the items.Definitely not worth the 20 bucks I paid for a bowl that usually costs 11 for the same amount of ingredients. When I asked she kept repeating to me “this is 4 ounces” as if she was measuring after grabbing and tossing the food in the bowl.

Haven’t tried the food yet but the service was horrible! I came in no line cool right? Wrong I was asked to wait while she wiped down the counter for no joke timed it 5 minutes then after making my order there was a line she packs my order and then walks away I’m like “okay I guess someone else will cash me out “(to myself) after another 5 minutes I ask who will be checking me out she responds I will I am just helping this customer - why wouldn’t you just check me out first instead of my food getting soggy do better maybe don’t smoke before your next shift

This location is horrible and careless. I order online for convenience and always end up with something I didn’t want. They also dont pick up the phone either which doesn’t help. Tonight my husband wanted tacos which the receipt clearly shows what we ordered but once we got home we saw it was a bowl. It’s pretty hard to mess up a simple taco order. Do better chipotle.

I give them a 5 at sucking at their job. Horrible place! The guy that took care of me and my family was an African American guy with a horrible face expression like if he didn’t want us to be there and he got my order in correct and when I was telling him face to face. I had to repeat myself many time and out of curiosity I didn’t ask him to remake my order again because one he had a long line and two he didn’t make my bowls right! Need better listening skills and better customer service! I didn’t want to make it a big deal but I will give a warning. Save your money and spent it at another place. I don’t recommend this place at all. Not this chipotle. Tho place might as well be shut down at how dirty it is too. They can’t even pack the order right. The kids were open, the salsa on the bowl spill and my burrito didn’t even look like a burrito, it look like a large flour taco. ?

By far my best burrito bowl from a Chipotle in a long time. Everything was cooked to perfection in the bowl, was warm and tasty. The two guys taking our order were very polite. However, I would agree with the prior review that the person taking our money was not very friendly. All in all, a great experience. I only wish it was closer to my house

Never again. Always have problems here. From them being online ordering only, to my gift cards never “working”, to only taking cards no cash, to walking in today and a manager SCOLDING an employee at the tables where customers eat in front of the entire store, to not having chicken ready, to not having veggies ready for another “40 minutes” when it’s a half hour into the start of the day. There were at least 6 people behind the counter you can feel the tension as everyone did their own thing.

Avoid this location!!!! Less then one star!They did not fulfill my order. I order double steak and received less then one serving. I was rudely refused at the door and told to order online. Once ordered online, I had to ask three different times were to pick up my food. Each time I asked, I was rudely told they were closed. During both of the encounters the manager stood the there and did not intervene.

Orders never are ready on time, I once ordered ahead and still waited over ten minutes in store. Another time it was delivered over an hour late. Just got it again with double meat delivery and it was the saddest bowl with half the amount of food they normally give. Also cold. Absolutely would never order from here again but it’s the only one that delivers to my work.

Just went to chipotle tonight. Are they seriously still randomly doing “online orders only” because of Covid or are the workers just too lazy? Why does the other one less than a mile away have in-person dining?
