Girl making my food gave me an attitude.. I don't need sass when I'm spending my hard earned money!! For no reason... I won't come back.. I'll take my money elsewhere. If you don't like your job. Go somewhere else. Don't be sarcastic or ugly with people!
Yesterday I went to the Oak Lawn location on West 95th St. It was 9:12pm when I arrived. They close at 10. I noticed they were already breaking down the station & putting food away. I was informed of everything they did not have, which was pretty much all of it, minus toppings. No white rice, cheese, beans, meats, sofritos, guacamole. I asked why isn't there any food & he said "we close at 9:45". I said actually you close at 10 & it's only 9:12. Thankfully I was getting a vegetarian salad, and I also called the store ahead of time to make sure they had the vinaigrette, because for some reason, once it runs out, no one makes another batch like they do other items. I asked him to put all my toppings in a cup because of the onions & he did the opposite with the pico de gallo. I stopped him before it was too much & repeated that I'd like everything in cups. The cashier apologized for being out of everything & said it's the cooks who decide when to stop replenishing the foods. I told her it isn't her fault, paid & left. I did not alter the attached pics.
everyone is short staffed everone but u sometimes have to put a smile on your face and just go with it . the young girl that did my order was nice but some of the employees were just crabby as hell we all know right now its hard trust me im a gm at a food place and i want to cry but you still need to tey your best. the quality of the food has gone down the rice was crunchy and barley any in there and i asked for extra which at the end i got barley the regular amount. the quesidella we got had alot of cheese in it but it was barley melted im not sure if it was from being under cooked or to much cheese but at the end of the day spending 60 bucks on our order was really dissatisfied
Every time I order from them their rice is never cooked correctly. I know Al dente is a thing but it doesn’t even get close to that either, I shouldn’t be Crunching they my bowl, and their steak is never fresh. Just horrible, & got kids working there. Sticking to 87th Harlem.
If I could they would get 0 ....unbelievable, the worst experience ever. . My catering fed only 11 people and I order food for 25 people , tortillas were completely frozen , the guacamole was black and everyone refused to touch it . I was so embarrassed in front of my family and friends i will never order catering again from chipotle . I had to order last minut pizza becouse i did not having enough food .. Never again . Food is good, can’t complain about it. But, I order a burrito bowl through online order and half the bowl was empty. Ordered extra steak with it and got the normal portion. Also ordered chips with guacamole but half the bag of chips was empty. Would not recommend this location.
Food was dried and sitting out eat to long! The burrito was the size of a baby burrito and no one single employee knew what refried beans were!! Only one employee there actually smiled and was friendly! This is the worst location I've ever been to!! The ground beef was so dry it looked like brown rocks! The pork tasted like it was soaked in water and it was mushy! Disgusting food and employees aren't friendly or knowledgeable!
This location did not have the option of purchasing a quesadilla, so we went with burritos. Unfortunately, the meat was cold in one burrito and barely warm in the other. Besides that, the service was good.
Customer service is not the greatest, talk like you’re bothering them by coming in. They accept no cash, run out of guacamole and chips at 7pm, have to wait 5-10 minutes for them to make more steak, no queso ready when they ran out. What a wreck this place is! Save your time and go somewhere else but this location.
The staff is really nice! My only issue is they are frequently out of lots of menu items. The food is always yummy.
