This particular Burger King was was very icky. Garbage overflowing from the garbage cans and the cashier was nor friendly at all. The only good thing, the bathroom was decently clean.
Whatever employees that were working 7/5/22 at 10PM need to be fired. To be honest they could use a whole new management team. Let's star with what just happened to me. I ordered multiple items 2 of the being the southwest Bacon Cheese burgers. Bother came with NO bacon. You really don't deserve a job if you can't put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. Now this wouldn't have been as bad as it is if it were corrected. I went back I don't live far and was back before around 10:25 and they were hiding somewhere and refused to answer the microphone or window. I was there for almost 20 minutes knocking at the window and they refused to answer. As far as the management they are ALWAYS out of multiple items. They never have the spicy chicking. This last time no jalapeno cheddar bites or mozzarella sticks either.
Employees were rude. Took them 7minutes to even acknowledge me. Then adret waiting im told they can't take any orders. Thanks for wasting my time
Me and my aunt decided to dine here my whopper was cold and it took a half of hour to get my aunt's impossible whopper. Service was poor and slow I will not be coming back.
The food was nice and hot and the drive thru was quick. The kid took my coupon without a problem so I saved 6 bucks. Good job BK
Absolutely the worst. They were out of shakes. I guess that makes sense that that could happen sometimes. They were out of several kinds of soda. That ... is hard to understand. The soda syrup is good for quite a while. I don't understand how you run out of that. They put fries in the bag instead of onion rings. I didn't check, or I'd have noticed. I feel like that's a pretty clear distinction at a place that has those two options. You know, kind of a thing to be keeping aware of. They also made a whopper incorrectly. I ... don't even know how that happens. That's their "signature" thing. How do you make your main advertised burger ... wrong? And it took a fair bit longer than it would seem like it should have. So as a result, literally no part of the order is what it was supposed to be going in, either because they made it wrong, put the wrong item in the bag, or were just out of something they shouldn't have been out of. Oh, and all the items in the order were cold. Everything. So it didn't take a long time because they were cooking the food. Other reviews make it seem like this is the normal operating behavior for this store. I think they stay in business when people who don't normally eat around there go to or from the hospital, rather than from returning customers, because ... why would anyone return?
Pull up to the drive through and the prices on the app and on their order menu are very different (higher). Ok it is was it is, girl on the mic says to pull up and build the order with her. Comes out even higher, really??? Then decided to download the app in the parking lot and make the order. Wouldn't you believe it they screw that up as well... Never going back here again
The staff was ok, THE PLACE WAS HORRENDOUS! I haven't been to a BK in YEARS now I recall why. N I'm not even picky or a complainer BUT I'm hoping this will help fix things :/ can't believe this place is in Oak Lawn JUST ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING EVEN FOOD WAS GROSS LOOKS LIKE HASN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS DON'T WANT TO TOUCH A THING THIS WAS 9AM MARCH 15TH 2022????
Went the other day.. with my 3 boys.. and they were out of everything... no onions.. cheese.. or ice. and half of the drinks were not available.and the bread was stale af.. I'm surprised the had fries! Don't Go here It's Run bye Muppets!!! I wouldn't feed that to a pig..!
Is it me or is it that Burger King has become a big disappointment. I ordered the Big King sandwiches and the bread was hard and breaking apart and the patties were small and not tasty at all. Maybe it was this particular location and mind you they have been somewhat consistent in the past! Not this particular day not good at all. Staff was courteous but they did mess my order up twice...ugggghhh 1 star just changed from 2 to 1!!!!!
