Love there food. They are fast and friendly.

I usually never write reviews but I’m disgusted by the food quality! Literally found a bug, dirt and to top it off my grilled chicken was still pink in the middle. It seems like they don’t wash the lettuce at all. I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now and I have never had a problem until now. This is unacceptable and a health hazard to the customers.

Excellent lunch! Especially enjoyed the help with the meal from Buona worker, Cristina.

Ordered a beef and a hot dog kids meal on uber eats didn't send the kids diet Pepsi and there was hardly any beef on the sandwich.

Yesterday I went to this restaurant. Toward a 3 beef sandwiches 3 fries. Got home try my beef. For almost $8 it was not worth it. The French bread was too doughy. The beef was good but for almost $8 there was hardly no beef on it. Fries were good. The beef was kind of bland. I probably won't go back.

FIRST time ordering here, got the Italian beef and avocado chicken salad with my Aunt. Food was seasoned well, fresh and hot. Enjoyed their cute cut French fries too along with their Oreo shakes.COULD DEFINITELY see myself coming back, even though they forgot the peppers they charged me for.

Hi. thanks for reaching out, yes more info would be helpful. The food itself was good but the wax paper it was wrapped in had a really unappetizing smell. Everything was clean, no concerns about that at all, but maybe from the wax paper chemical manufacturing process? I guess that was the real issue. I happen to have a bunch of Italian beefs that week -- Just lucky I guess? -- and it was my second Buona beef from the one at the ballPark and that was delicious. The service was really good though. The kid at the counter was hilarious.I added a star. :)

This is more of a question related review.I was wondering why the restaurant closes early now? I remember when I would leave work and arrive in Oaklawn later around 10 they would still be open until 11. So, why has that changed? Just curious. Other than that the food is great!

We frequently visit bolingbrook and the one in oak lawn. I turned my two buddies on to pepper n egg sandwich w sausage. They loved it

I tried the beef sandwich for the first time it was terrible so I exchanged it for the crispy chicken sandwich and that was delicious very tasty and fresh. I thought it was better than Popeyes
