The chicken was not cooked completely it's supposed to be crisp . The thighs were soggy on the out side and and not cooked properly on the inside. The chicken was not hot at all. 10 minute drive to get home and the food was cold. I watch for coupons and never had chi cken that bad. I will be calling corporate to complain about this.

Ghetto as all get up. Prices on the board is different from what you're charged & the price was on the window and told the lady & instead of her adjusting the price, she said I told her the prices were different to change it. 1st time at that Brows & my last. Bit the chicken & okra was hot & good.

The food is pretty good, but its a fast food joint. Food for three people using their 3pc "specials" and sides came to nearly 60 bucks. Chicagoland is pretty saturated with good chicken joints. I cannot recommend fast food for those prices. Its not likely I'll return because of the variety of reasonably priced alternatives.

I have a had it for so long ever since I was a child but it brings me back to those taste of chicken That is my favorite chicken of all chicken

Very clean restaurant. I had a carryout order. Fast and efficient service. I highly recommend this eatery.

Haven't had Brown's in at least 15 years. Someone posted about it, so I ordered for family get-together. It was delicious, just like we remembered. We will be back. Everyone agreed it was as delicious as years ago!!

Order fitters and chicken sandwich in drive through. Food was good and hot. Boy who took order and payment was kind. its 7:30pm on Sunday and Drive through only open, in store dining closed. Waited for 15 mins in drive though. Boy appologized for delay.

The okra gizzard

I don't go often but when I go I want chicken sorry to say I'm always disappointed

I went there originally a few weeks ago when I realized this location opened. By the time I got home to my 12 minute drive, I realized I was given white meat instead of the dark meat that I ordered. I was going to throw it out, but decided that was stupid so I called them and they replaced the meal but wasted a lot of time to go get the correct food. It actually was very greasy and I've had better at other Browns facilities. I decided to go back one more time because it was new and to be fair I would give them another chance. I ordered a turkey bowl the second time and the girl taking my order was very helpful; however the turkey was very dry and the dressing was just okay along with the potatoes. I didn't think it was worth the price I paid and could do better going elsewhere, at least getting the turkey. The first trip I had made was for chicken specifically and some sides. Their prices also have gotten a little high. It's tiny little side of coleslaw which is probably less than 1 cup was $3.99 which I thought was a little pricey for such a little serving.
