Outstanding service. The cashier and cook very friendly. Food was very hot and tasty. Again outstanding service.
Horrible service. Food even worse. I ordered a chicken sandwich, bread was rock hard. When I brought it to their attention I was met with a horrible attitude. The chicken from my sandwich was pulled from a warmer box and that should have been a red flag right away. It was a weird yellow color and look nothing like the picture. I took two bites and threw the rest away. I wound up leaving the restaurant and running down the street to McDonald's. We came only to use the last of a gift card and I am thanking my lucky stars that is the last time we will be patronizing this business. When the parking lot is completely dead at the height of dinner hour let that be a sign.
Got my dad a health meal for my weekend away he loved the food thought maybe too much herb on the herb and chicken but the brownie solo good and apple pie we ate in one day.
Food at Boston Market has gotten very bad. I will never return again. Just got a curbside order that was totally garbage. Burnt chicken, washed out soggy vegetables with no color at all. I have gotten so many bad meals. Never coming back. $35 dollars wasted. Even the dog won't eat it
They always burn the chicken. Vegetables looked washed out.
It is march 13th 2022 Sunday. Time changed this morning. I’m here at Boston Market at 11:10am to get a family meal for lunch after church. The store still closed. Is there a corporate office number, general manager number to complain to. ?♀️.
my order was accurate, but the food is mediocre. nothing special. also i HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND the chicken noodle soup. it is so bland and smells like feet.
Just let this Boston marker because even though they do had 40mins before closing, they didn't have any chicken and what little sides they had left looked old. This is my usual one I go to, but I don't know if I'll be back.
I will never go to this location again! The African American women that took my order had big bulging eyes about 5”3’, with thick eyeliner and a horrible attitude when taking my order. I asked her questions about the menu and she acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Then she throws my food in the bag causing my food to spill. NEVER AGAIN!
Went to Boston Market today waited in parking lot for 25 minutes due to new years hours which is fine went in staff was friendly got my meal for 4. went home chicken was extremely dry skin was literally hard and corn bread was burnt when I took a bite of one found a rubber piece in corn bread that's horrible hopefully no one else got a piece like this.
