Just bad service overall a bunch of kids running the place and they close before the time! Teens come to lounge and play around with the employees smh not letting customers in I arrived at 8:30 and one of those teens locked the door not even an employee but the employees were allowing it and laughing. There was a bunch of customers confused because they where not let in. Management should check cameras. Proel wonder why places go out business.
They are always out of icecream! How is an icecream place out of icecream, ridiculous. This has happened more than 3 times now!
I’ve been to this Baskin Robbins 5-6 times in the last 6 months. I kid you not twice they had no ice cream…What?! Once they had no chocolate sauce and today no hot fudge. This place is the worst. I’ll go a few extra miles to the next closest location.
I was told they don't make banana splits then o wait they do but don't have the chocolate fudge or anything.
I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could. Asked for 3 scoops of ice cream in a cup. Received a scoop and a half at best. Go down the road to Alsip at about 12150 S. Cicero for accurate portions. Maybe these teens are stock holders at Oak Lawn store.
Worst Baskin Robbins ever, I order a ice cream cake on Thursday September 23 and the website said that they made cakes in 24 hours and wanted it my cake to be ready on September 25 at 12:45pm which was more than enough time , I received the email confirmation that my order was put in they charged my card $55.11.
