Food was fresh, prepared and packed neatly. The milkshakes were delicious as well.
I was a this Arby's last week I informed cashier that she don't have to snatch my card she said she didn't . I let it go. Went there today she snatched again. She asked if I wanted a credit card receipt, I told her yes. She said she can't get the receipt I tried to explain to her how to do it. Asked for manager. Manager came up very rude. I almost want to say it's because I'm black because the customer that came in after me was white a no rude behavior I asked for my money back she threw my money on the counter asked for corporate number and her name she told me to Google it I took her picture so that I can show exactly who I was reporting. Store just open no reason for attitude so early in the day. Arby's need to train the cashiers and managers on customer service I never believe in the customer is always right. But in this case. I was
I come here all the time even when it is out of the way the food is hot It's the only complaint I have is it's never enough on the sandwiches but besides that no complaint at all

Dirtiest Arby’s I have been to. Garbage cans overflowing. Fries and other food on the floors and crumbs on tables. Floors are filthy and sticky except in the bathroom where the floor is wet with urine. Food is on the same category.
1. I completely disagree with the mask mandate. It's ridiculous.2. I'm a grown man, I'm not gonna have a 16 year-old shaming me for not having a mask. Which is exactly what happened here. The store was empty, i was the only customer. The kid says I'll go get you a mask. I wait literally 10 minutes for this kid to come back. I finally give him my order and pay. When my order comes up he threw the bag on counter and walked away. I asked for some Arby's sauce. He throws 1 packet in the bag and storms off.3. This was the second chance I gave the store as the time prior they had no roast beef. No roast beef?????? That's all you sell. Take your money elsewhere.4. That store is outdated and just feels dirty. Go somewhere else
A+ customer service. The team here is so nice and cordial. I was so impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. Food is hot and served with a smile ?
