First time ever coming to this establishment. Worst experience of my life. I had already visited another location and there was no banana so i ended up going here. There was a huge line for the drive thru. Me and my husband decided to go inside. The cashier who took our order had absolutely disgusting customer service. And gave me attitude just because i did not hear her say "anything else". And proceeded to take our order with attitude. Once we moved she was all smiles to a male customer who was behind us in line. She was the only one wearing a pink hat and huge eyelashes. If she doesn't like her job she should just quit. Will never be back to this location.

As long as this one has been in Oak Lawn, I had never stopped in. Well, today that changed. I was there with my wife and some of her family, and once you walk in, the place is nicely air-conditioned. Open-air waiting, with benches along the windows. They also have outside benches, but today was not the day to eat their awesomeness outside (my car registered the temp at 103 degrees when we pulled in)!I ordered the strawberry cheesecake concrete, my wife had a strawberry jackhammer, and my mother-in-law had the Rico Suave. The quality and taste of their confections was top-notch, and tantalizingly good!!! The custard was creamy and cool, and you really get a lot of nice options to suit your taste buds. In addition, though some people may say the place is a little pricey, I think you get a lot for the money. Finally, the young lady who helped my party of five did such a nice job, and though she didn't know it, her patience really made me like the place even more, especially as she talked me through the difference between a jackhammer and a concrete. We will definitely be back!Food.................................APrice.................................B+Ambiance........................B+Customer Service...........A

I've been buying a half gallon of vanilla ice cream for the last 4 years every week and in this past year you've raised the price at least three times. $15.42 for a half gallon of ice cream when it used to be 11.85 when I started. It might be time to start looking elsewhere

The worker I spoke to was nice and had great patience with me, which I appreciate. I thought it was a bit pricey at first, but the portions are generous. Overall my friends and I enjoyed our visit here and will probably be back over summer.

Clean store , pleasant girl behind counter, fast service ! To be honest it was an off time , not busy but still I was happy with the service and the custard !

Andy’s as been going downhill for the past couple of days. Not sure if it’s the new hires, but it’s definitely doesn’t have any order in there. And I loved Andy’s, but I need a new frozen custard shop because this doesn’t make any sense. The 45 minutes drive thru line to the 25 minute wait inside is crazy!

The frozen custard is always great there but the employees that take your order are so pleasant. That's an awesome change.

I love to go to Andy's when I have a taste for ice cream. Yea I know, its frozen Custard and they're not the same but I can't complain about how good it is when the craving hits. The only problem I have is that you have to ask for a receipt and it's not automatically given to you after your purchase. Other than that the best thing about this place is the "build your own concrete" where you can pretty much create anything you want with the ingredients that they provide. This comes with a price but not enough to really break the bank. Pay attention to the premium toppings because are extra.

What can I say? This place brings me back to my childhood. This is a treat. We drive over 35 mins to the nearest one to enjoy what the family agrees on Andy's being #1

They have some decent sundaes and concrete mixers.
