Hats off to every single employee at this location. It is extremely depressing to read some self righteous and some form of entitlement some knucklehead believes he deserves.I have been in hospitality for several years, places that if it wasn't for your parents, you would have not been allowed in establishments you may have been in. I promise, if you ever walked into these or my establishment, you would call anyone out of their name, you would be barred from the property.The fact young ones even make to work in this field is to be commended.If you are not satisfied with service or product here is a few suggestions. With tact, approach leadership and express your concerns, I know for a fact they are receptive and open to suggestions. Or even another approach, try a different store, if then not happy try a different brand.At the end of the day, people who call people names like that will never be happy. Maybe stay behind your little keyboard of undeserved power you believe you have and make your own coffee!Thank you to every single barista at 294 and Willow
Love Starbucks and the staff at this location is exceptionally great, however they never open on time. Just frustrating when you have a work schedule.
Poor customer service.Employee Laura is very rude.She made my drink wrong at first,I kindly asked her to remake it.Been waiting for a long,turns out she already made my drink and didn’t call my name.
Store was clean, but somewhat crowded. Accurate orders, friendly partners.
Horrible service. My turn in line and I still have to wait 11 min. On top of that my order was wrong. They have done this multiple times.
Very nice starbucks! Very nice staff, helpful and kind, I went in to study. They had clean tables, many outlets for laptops, and the music was nice. I know this is not a common thing, but it was nice- at one point a woman who i’m assuming was a manager passed around these cups to the guests and told us Happy Holidays. Times are tough and working close to the holidays is not fun, so I really want to shout out the staff here for being so awesome. This will be my go-to study environment! ???
was at the location on sunday and its supposed to open at 6 AM but nobody was in the store at 6:25.
By far the best Starbucks ever! I legit feel like I’m going to see my friends when I come here! All of the baristas are so amazing!!✨ legit all of them know me by name before I go up to the window, all ask how your day is, just so sweet! Christine, Joel, all of them! (I’m awful with names but seriously when I say all of the baristas I mean ALL of them!)
Try to skip this location,service is pretty slow and quality is below average. Ordered a vanilla late and got what tasted like a hot cup of milk. Better coffee at the McDonald's down the street. Date and time in photo so hopefully the manager can train the staff better that was working that shift.
On Sunday Oct 17 I placed a mobile order at 9:33, arrived in the drive through at 9:37, and got to the window at 9:48. When I got to the window and was handed someone else's drink and no food item, I politely corrected the barrista and they got the right drink but someone else's food item. I corrected them on the food item and parked my car and came into the store as not to hold up the line of ~15 cars. I checked in with the barrista to get the sandwich and he said it would be right out. This was around 9:50. I checked in again at 9:55 and they said they would start making it. I finally got my food at 10:05. A drive through mobile order should not take 32 minutes. It's not appropriate for a store to be accepting mobile drive through orders, projecting the time to be 10-15 mins from when the order was placed, and then take 30 mins to complete the order. I'd recommend having the store turn off mobile ordering if they're that overwhelmed because the customer has no way to judge the time it will take without being at the store. Needless to say this made me 15 mins late for church and I 100% would have been on time if the projection was right and would not have ordered if I had shown up to the store and seen how busy it was. I'm an avid customer and will continue to shop at other stores but this was a very flawed process and this store should probably take a look at it's processes and change something.
