The staff at this place is fine. No issue with them. They are professional and kind to me all the time. The management is who this is pointed to. Every single time I have a pick up at this location there is an issue that wasted 20-30 min of my time having to deal with the delivery apps support. The problems are almost always related to a lack of supplies. Whether it be no cups. No gluten free pita. Another common issue is that the restaurant is closed early for no actual reason but still taking orders through the delivery apps. There is alwaaaays a problem. It does not matter what time in the day either or what day of the week. I have never ever had a smooth experience from here. I gave this place 10+ chances and at this point I feel it was worth reviewing cause it’s not getting any better.

Horrible Girl Manager on duty today 6.14.22 1:00 pm. I say girl because there is no way an adult would have handled it this way!!!Didn't pack the order correctly and tried blaming it on Grub Hub, as if Grub Hub packed the order. No utensils! Poor management skills completely. Dont trust this store at all. Cant even eat the hummus with a spoon because I didnt get one. What happened to pleasing the customer. Lost with this manager apparently.Fast forward to now 1:30 and still NO PITA. This establishment is a joke and this manager girl needs to be fired.

I completely love roti and I go to eat very often at most Roti locations around my area. The manager at this location though was very rude and wasn’t trying to hear me out when I asked if he had another option besides cauliflower rice to substitute my saffron rice with. Before I could even ask if he would give me a coupon or something for the inconvenience he quickly cut me off and said “alright buddy bye” ending the conversation in a rude manner. I ended up calling back and got a conversation going with him which ended up with him apologizing and telling me he sent a few coupons with my Uber eats order, I then appreciated him owning up to his mistake and turned out he was just having a really hard day today. I’ll give you guys 3 stars but maybe next time learn how to control working under pressure a little more because at the end of the day it isn’t a customers fault that you guys are completely out of a product in the menu.

Not sure why the lights are off, when you ask the employees, the girls I asked tell you they don’t know, and that it happens sporadically because the electricity is bad, and then they told me it’s on a timer. I asked if the owner know it looks closed from early in the evening…they didn’t appear to care.

My kids love Roti. So we often order it. Today we ordered again. But the food (cauliflower bowl) is so so salty! It is 3 times salty than normal. Please put less salt. Thank you!

Roti has excellent food. I usually have the chicken cauliflower. Unfortunately, I received terrible customer service on Sunday evening, order D072. The server was very rude. I've been to Roti Northbrook twice. My first visit was a very pleasant experience, but last night's visit was horrible. I will try this location again, but I am hoping to never see her again. If I do, I will request a new server. Immediately!

I am sitting at the Roti in Northbrook IL, 60062. I have a $25 gift card on the new Roti app that is being promoted. Rihanna (thats what they claimed their name was) at the front counter told me that I must have the physical gift card and that they can’t accept digital gift cards. I was forced to pay for my food with a credit card. I don’t understand, as I have used it at a different location. You are promoting your new app with digital gift card functionality and your staff doesn’t know how to use it? I am attaching a receipt showing that I was forced to pay with a credit card, even though a $5 reward that I had was applied with no issue. Hopefully me reaching out to corporate will help to understand that staff should be properly trained before a new product, app or menu item is promoted. On top of it this individual clearly didn’t care about customer service or their job. I understand that no one wants to work right now, but this individual is definitely a detractor for your business.

Afternoon tea was delightful. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation, but knew there would be some bumps since they just reopened. I love coming for the holiday buffet, but really enjoyed the afternoon tea experience

Used to really love this location but no so great this time around. Person who took my order made me feel like I was inconveniencing her from the task she was working on. Hurried me through the process and was not friendly at all. There was nobody behind me either so no reason to hurry me.The cashier was awesome on the other hand and he was very friendly. My chicken was cold too. Usually it’s warm. Not sure I will be back to this location. May stick to Chipotle next door.
