I easily parked the car in the parking lot in front of the restaurant.When you enter the hall, to the right is the place where you order and deliver food.You must go to this section to order and get food. To the left of the hall are tables and chairs.There are also tables outside.The bathroom and floor of the hall and tables were very clean.The #food was normal as well
Use to always come here and last time they messed up my simple order and tried again ordered to pick up a skinny turkey and besides not having cheese like last time they added toppings I didnt even ask for I guess they just make the order they want very dissapointing won’t be coming back sadly to this location I love potlbellys just not this one anymore
Normally this location is great, but today they were overwhelmed with online orders- surprised it does not limit them. Eta was 1210pm - Still waiting for my food at 107pm.
Roast beef sandwich was bad. Selection of chips should have one normal alternative like Lays Classic chips. Italian sub was Ok
A typical Potbelly location. Plenty of plaza parking, nice seating options- inside or outside. The food is the expected Potbelly quality, and the service is good.
I understand the food industry has been hit hard during this pandemic due to staff shortages. But it still no excuse for two high schoolers forgetting what I ordered. The one gentleman was wearing a satanic upside down cross around his neck. I don’t think it’s necessary for him to flaunt his satanic beliefs. Yes I am a Christian and therefore seeing that truly made me uncomfortable. If he wants to believe in that that’s totally fine but don’t wear such offensive things when working. I find it extremely rude and felt targeted as a Christian woman. Never coming back to this location ever again.

This location was packed during lunch hour no surprise there except it wasn't only people waiting in line to order in store but also an entire line of its own for people who had mobile orders. I placed a mobile order around 12:13pm, the order was supposed to be ready at 12:25 pm but my order wasn't ready until 12:47pm. Almost 25minutes of waiting in store for a mobile order pick up. (Some people were waiting for longer than I was for their mobile order.) I might as well have waited in line. If I was able to cancel my order and get a refund I would have done that and gone somewhere else to purchase food. This location needs more staff so that one team can focus on getting mobile orders out the door while one team focuses on taking on the in-store orders. This was honestly ridiculous. I don't recommend coming here for lunch especially if you're on a time constraint.Edit: after all of that I was still missing a cup of Mac so now I only have half of the meal that I paid for.
I love Potbelly's but they have increased their pricing significantly. Almost $2 per sandwich. The menu is different, but size is not bigger for the new price.
A very good location. The food and service has been consistently good.
