I love potbelly so much , but today I have the worst experience with a lady . My sandwich doesn’t cut into half completely. I even didn’t touch it at all. So I asked do you have a plastic knife I can cut it by myself. She said she doesn’t . That’s ok but no other explanation no help . Another employee trying to help . So I said it’s not a big deal . She started yelling at me in front of so many customers . I almost cry. Worst experience I ever had . I really don’t know what to say . Just so embarrassed and disappointed
Currently, my order is an hour late and they will not answer their phone. Tried all phone options as well, so apparently anyone trying to collect their order pickup can’t get them to answer either. Ridiculous. I work in a school so if it’s not here by 3, I guess I lose out. Cool.
The strapping young man who made my chocolate chocolate Oreo milkshake tonight did a phenomenal. He should get a raise. He was also incredibly kind and professional. I didn’t catch a name But he was very patient with the lady who was taking a long time and did I mention how amazing my milkshake is? It’s like a tasting heaven with every sip!
This sandwich store is the best in town. Originally, Potbelly Dandwich been around for so many, many years before Subway sandwich started. Potbelly is the original, This is the real, delicious, tasty in the oven healthy sandwich. Potbelly is the best ??

Super polite and made me a great sandwich. They also had fantastic mac n cheese.
Friendly staff and due to the mandate at the moment they enforce everyone to wear masks while not eating. Added the extra crispy bacon for me and the broccoli cheddar soup is always good with their cream soda! Good quick bite easy to find. Sometimes hard to park there.
Came in for a order for my family was told very rudely that I should’ve ordered online. It was a total of 7 sandwiches and some sides I was also overcharged the guy was very upset shaking his head the entire time service sucks really bad I live in the area but will definitely not be returning to this location.

Stopped by this location tonight and was saddened by the fact that they removed the Mediterranean Salad from the menu. Luckily the friendly gentleman behind the counter was able to create somewhat of the salad with the ingredients they still had. Super impressed with the awesome customer service I received and will gladly go back!
