Excellent deep dish, excellent service, but very annoying ESG policy , NO utensils delivery to a hotel, how in the world do you eat a salad and deep dish without ? Apparently you have to ask, so make a note to do it.
For the life of me I can’t understand why EVERY SINGLE TIME I order for a certain time I wait at least 20 minutes each time. They are beyond frustrating. Not worth it anymore
I've learned that all the Lou's are not equal. Maybe it's the oven, the ingredients sources, or just who is doing putting the pie together. I had 2 identical pizzas, 2 weeks apart, and this location was definitely better. The sauce was sloppy at the other location, and the crust was too thick on the bottom where it starts to be more bread like. This place has no seating, but the pies are great. People notice these differences, stay on it, and I'll keep coming back.
Placed an order online. It was declined yet it was pending in my account. I call and speak to the manager MARCO? He basically tells me “not his problem” and to “call corporate” unbelievable right? Well I did call corporate and filed a complaint with them over this pathetic manager who has no business dealing with the public. Corporate is just as frustrating. I will never go back.
Excellent every time. Highly recommend the deep dish pizza baked an extra 5 min crispy as it makes the good crust even better!
I just had Lou Malnati's pizza delivered to me. I thought that it was too expensive, and nothing like the glorious pizza that I remembered. So, I felt dissapointed.
The best pizza in Chicago!! We had never been to this Lou’s and had a great time! Our waitress (can’t remember her name but she was Lithuanian) was outstanding! Anytime we stop inChicago we have to get Lou’s! Never disappointed

On 1/3 an order for delivery was placed at323pm for delivery at 515pm after several and I mean several call and conversations with the manager I finally got a cold pizza at 713pm. They charged me for the pizza and said I would have a credit for the same order . Today 1/9 I called to place and order for the credit I had at 427pm I was told I would have the order by 545 it is 716 and still no pizza mind you this is being delivered to a senior facility not that that makes any difference I called several times and I was just told my order was switched to a pick up when I called at 606 and was told the driver is walking out the door now. Who knows what the truth is but total not acceptable. The fix I have to make my clients sandwiches and manager said he would send another coupon for free pizza whi h by the way I never got the 1st one. VERY DISAPPOINTED
The pizza is spectacular. I've ordered delivery twice this month neither delivery has arrived. Ive waited over four hours each time and live 10 mins away and pretipped 20+% each time. At this point I will never be able to order delivery from this location.
