Service was quick despite the line was to the door.Our main gripe was that we had some orders with red bean, including a red bean fruit bingsu.Red bean fruit bingsu is $13, compared to the other bingsus at $11 or $12, and adding extra red bean to a drink is $0.65.Imagine our surprise that all of our orders had no red bean. There was a customer before us that had red bean on their bingsu.We were charged extra and received missing orders. It was only an extra few dollars that we lost out of, but we give them a decent tip ahead of time. It's the principle that matters. I'd understand if they told us they were out of the red bean and changed our orders, but they didn't tell us anything. Regardless if this was intentional or not, this was very disappointing.This was our first time here since it's so out of the way for us, but it's unfortunate to say we're not coming back.
The bingsu was not it. Just a giant bowl of shaved ice with a few toppings and a small scoop of ice cream.
Fast and always delicious! Can get pretty busy during peak hours so be patient ?
Milk teas are too sweet. No options to reduce sugar levels. Fruit waffle was good.

If you are looking for the best bubble tea, then this is the place! Worth the price and definitely my go to for bubble tea!
They’re drinks here and smoothies are so delicious especially with bubbles or tapioca.. definitely recommend this spot.

The strawberry bingsu was out of this world. Just as good as the stuff I used to get when I lived in Korea. I wish I lived closer so that I could be a regular customer!
