Incredibly rude and belligerent employees and mediocre ice cream. Don't waste your money. Go to Homer's instead. Dairy Queen is better than this and with better customer service too.
Coconut chocolate chip is so good! This place is great cause they're open fast. The line moves very quickly too, so don't be put off by that!

Friendly neighborhood creeper with delicious crepes, omelettes and drinks. Love that they use ceramic plates and mugs vs disposable. Always a good bet.
Incredibly delicious ice cream. Don’t miss the black raspberry. If you are a huge mint chip fan then this might be the best I’ve ever had. Huge perfectly textured chocolate chips that your teeth sink into with just the right kind of resistance - it’s hard to describe the soft/firm perfection and the uniquely superb chocolate flavor - divine.
We've been going to Graeter's Ice Cream in Northbrook for a couple years now and have had nothing but good experiences with their product and customer service, until yesterday.Upon arriving at the front door, the sign says that indoor dining is "temporarily closed". There is no mandate at this time to prohibit indoor dining, so this is strictly a corporate or local owner/manager's decision. I understand that this is their right and I have no problem with that, but when I asked if my 4 year old daughter can quickly use the bathroom, their reply was that it was closed. My daughter started crying because she really had to go, but the answer was still no.I understand all this pandemic stuff and people want to be safe, but legally, if you open your doors to customers, a bathroom has to be provided. Most rules have exceptions and you just really need common sense and compassion to make that call. I will never go back to this location, and that's unfortunate because we really do like the ice cream :(

The milkshake was amazing,however asking if we had mask upon entering seems redundant since we would be removing them to enjoy the ice cream.
We ordered both bouborn and raspberry flavors. I loved the raspberry flavor
I walked in while the store was empty with my seven-year-old daughter. I had a mask and my seven-year-old did not she was covering her face with her shirt we were trying to just grab ice cream as we are locals in the area the two ladies literally did not offer us any mask and told me to leave the store. If masks are required then you should have some for customers especially children. I am very disappointed in the customer service.
