I was at a bridal shower today and was very disappointed in our meal. The chicken lemon had absolutely no taste at all. The rigatoni was extremely dry very dry, no sauce. The salad should have come with dressing on the side as it was wilted.. The brochetta was good. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes ..Would not come back.
I was told to be quiet because one other couple was disturbed by my exclamation that there was a shooting. I go here regularly like once a week and they told Me to be quiet because of being to loud at the bar. If you are sitting at the bar you will hear other peoples conversation. I am here weekly but apparently my patronage is not important. My outrage at a mass shooting is too loud . They have lost a loyal customer that caters and spends money at the restaurant and bar. Take care of your customers. I’m not one. Maybe because I’m brown.
The guy in front of me ordered the grilled chicken salad. It's not my usual, but it sounded good. It tasted good, too!

Francesca’s Northbrook never disappoints! The dinners are consistently delicious with attentive service. This evening, my husband and I enjoyed the wonderful salmon with roasted carrots, onions and fennel along with the Francesca salad- yum! Looking forward to our next visit!!
We entered the strip mall where the restaurant is located by chance, turning around we saw the place and decided to check it out.The food was delicious, and the attention we got from Myron the server was perfect. Denis the GM came by to say hello and we chated for quite a while about Italy and Greece ending in how lucky we were for finding our partners in life.Cozy gem in Northbrook. Recommended.

Went with my daughter in mid-January. Excellent food as always. Server Carlos was great. We did not only talk about futbol but he managed to get us some old dishes off menu. Will return
-COVID inoculations and identification were never. -Tables are very close together making the dining room noisy - okay for conversating for 2 but not for 4. Kitchen was slow. There seemed to be many men floating around who needed to be called upon to address a request. They seemed to be a bit disconnected from the details of their job. Management was lacking and food was just average. The only request immediately met was when the check was requested. -We were very disappointed and will not be returning. Staff seem to be well intended but without effective management.
