This Dunkin is great. It's open late, clean and has 5-6 study rooms which customers can use. It's a fantastic place to get some work done.
Worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. The store “opens” at 4 am although the doors are always locked. The app allows you to choose walk in or drive thru: MOST locations remove the option to walk in when the lobby is closed—NOT northbrook. I have requested and contacted the manager Oswaldo, however he has never responded to my customer concern. The cashier was rude and refused to give me his name OR the manager’s name. It was a young guy fixing the coffee that pulled me aside and gave me the requested information. I will NOT return to this location. I will drive 5 miles further for good customer service. Avoid at all cost.
I actively avoid Dunkin donuts because I seem to always have issues with people messing up orders. I noticed that employees do not care to wear masks at this location.
Need more cashier's,Fix or replace ? cart wheels.
This place is bad. The drive through attendant overcharged me for food I didn’t order than when I corrected her didn’t acknowledge me. Let’s not forget they had no other flavors other than peach -.- horrible location and horrible service.
The best of dunkin' donuts they also have the freshest coffee Alex is a great worker he always remembers your orders and always takes care of the most professional way I pass up by dunkin' donuts on my way to work come to go there
The food was great however the bathroom was worse than a Russian Gulag.

I stop by this Dunkin everyday before work. I just want to send a shout out to Carmina and her crew. They are always friendly and make the coffee outstanding. All crews should take a note from their book.
