I dont know I haven't had chipotle for a while reason is everytime I ordered food seemed like the workers are told to put a less as they can on the bowl I always have to ask more. Back in the day was like meat and stuff but now it's like on anything... I asked for white rice and the dude gave me a spoon (he shook some off before) and a half spoon after I mean it's like less than a 1cup I had to tell him double the rice double the chicken like jesus christ why so stingy chipotle why... but fyi the new chicken is really good.
We went tonight at 6:10pm, no line and only 3 other customers eating inside. I live 3 minutes away and have never had a bad experience until tonight. The store was so dirty with garbage cans overflowing and it looked like they hadn't cleaned all day napkins, chips were over tables and on floor. We took our food home and couldn't finish as it was not the same great taste we expect from Chipotle. Not sure if we will go back to this location.
I’ve ordered here twice and both times i’ve the ordered the experience was extremely bad. The first time I ordered all the ingredients tasted old. Then the second time I ordered for pickup and all the ingredients were visually spoiled.The guac was a dark brown color, the lettuce was red, the cheese was dry and hard, and the steak was rubbery. Then to put insult to injury they gave me half portions of everything and filled my bowl up with lettuce. I will not be eating here again and I highly recommend you don’t either.
Really old piece of avocado in my guacamole. All orders or guacamole were very dark and did not look or taste fresh. Had to throw out. Called and was told I would have to come back to speak to someone. On a lunch break I do not have time to go back to discuss old guacamole. Very disappointed.
This place is terrible and dirty the service is awful! 4 days in a row I went directly after work arriving at chipotle before 9pm and they were closed! Like completely closed chairs up mopped vacuumed ready to leave! Correct me if I am wrong but isn’t chipotle open till 10? If this restaurant has employees that do not want to work they should update the hours to say 8pm instead of waiting for people to drive 30ninutes just to say they’re closed!!!!! Unreal I HATE this place. And when they are open (which is rare) the food area where they build your meal is so dirty it’s unbelievable! A piece of steak fell on the table and the guy making my order just threw it back into my bowl! I couldn’t believe it this place is a joke!!! The district manager needs to step in asap this place makes the brand look awful. Bad vibes
Went there today at 1:45. The place was filthy from the kitchen to the seating area. The two employees working there conveyed an attitude of complete apathy like I was doing then a favor to be there. Won't be going back.
First the portion looked like it was a kids meal than there was hair in our food. Very disappointed!!! Most disgusting and small portion like there putting food from there home. Very disappointed.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this place was absolutely disgusting. I walked in to pickup an online order, and the place was trashed. Dirty used forks and food all over the tables, the counter where they prepare the food was filthy and covered in spilled food mess, the big “we’re hiring” sign on the window falling off next to a table filled with promotional material unattended.When I walked in, the entire staff seemed to be congregated around the register/food prep area socializing. I also saw no less than three employees with their masks down, all immediately next to all of the exposed food trays on the counter. Not very COVID-safe at all.They all seemed startled when I walked in, dispersed to their stations, and then when I said I had an online order the guy behind the food prep exited his station to go check my bag while the other employees continued to stand around. They forgot my drink, which I informed them of, and they quickly grabbed it. I wish I had checked the rest of the order, because sure enough that was not the only thing wrong.The orders of chips and queso and chips and guacamole were served in the tiny side portions rather than the full size containers they are supposed to come in. The chips were all stale and incredibly greasy. The food in my burrito bowl was also quite literally spoiled. I didn’t risk eating it and getting food poisoning. The lettuce was all brown and wilted, the tomatoes, corn, and onions were all translucent and sickly looking, the sofritas looked all separated/watery, and the rice looked old and congealed.This chipotle needs a major management overhaul. This place is food poisoning waiting to happen.
Brisket portion in the bowl very small...barely got any and flavor was pretty weak. Asked for black beans but got pinto instead...disappointed
No one has customer service skills here. A customer asked a question to the cashier and she told him to chill out their backed up here. I asked for more lettuce to the manager he told a girl to give me some more she tells him I'm busy here. He walks away, she gives me the lettuce with a nasty looking face like she's busy and how dare you bother me. Very terrible customer service skills. If people don't want to work with customers then find a different job. I'm done coming to this location. I suggest the owners of this location or management seriously need to have a talk on how they should be treating the customers no one needs to put up with that.
