Staff is very slow and rude
Does not have curbside pickup as advertised and the listed phone number is a fax machine. I had to pick between disappointing an autistic child and walking through a mall after foot surgery.
Great customer service
Good, a little over priced, I suggest just getting cinnamon pretzels and\or a slushie. Pretty standard
Auntie' Anne's is located in the Northbrook Court mall. It is in the same corner of the mall as Red Mango and Starbucks Coffee and is about 100 ft. to the front doors of the AMC Theatre. While shopping with kids, we have found that Auntie Anne's has snacks that are not too messy, and that the kids like. The staff is efficient. Grab some pretzels and shop, or go see a movie. There is seating, directly in front on the concourse, both at tables and on benches.
Delicious pretzels, and the little old lady running the place was the sweetest.
I have always liked the pretzels at Auntie Anne's as long as they haven't been sitting around all day. This is a normal location with the usual products you find at Auntie Anne's around the country. Employees have been distantly polite. It's nice to be able to get a good pretzel at Northbrook Court.
This Auntie Anne's is located just outside of the main entrance to the AMC Northbrook Court 14 Theatre interior entrance. We like it because they have a couple of things that the AMC concession stand does not have, which makes for some great snacking while watching a movie. Because it is an upscale mall, the prices are a bit higher, but not crazy.
Extremely rude manager and staff. They completely avoid eye contact with customers and act like they don't see you. Today was a free pretzel day from Tmobile tuesdays, where you have 5min to claim your free pretzel once you click on the claim button on your phone. so when the manager and his staff saw customers walk up to order they either avoid customer interactions so that time on their coupons would run out or they would lie to customers that coupon didn't work at all or it only worked as buy one get one free... they forced people to buy pretzels even though they advertized or agreed to give free ones to tmobile customers. Big liars and cheaters!!
Juan is the rudest employee i ever met in my life. He knows nothing about customer service. He argues, shakes his head, talks over me, has an attitude tone, and says "no no no no no no" i've worked in customer service my whole and have never seen anything like this before
