Had to add cheese sauce to make my order deliverable because of the order minimum....did I get cheese sauce? Nope....no wonder I never order here and y’all are going under. You all owe me.
Tried shaking the container a couple times to see if the sauce was on bottom. Nope, turns out you have to ask to have specify ALL honey bbq wings so that you don't get half with no sauce.
The Pizza Hut on Main St in Normal was great to work with for a recent large event. They updated our order twice, had everything ready on time and clearly labeled, gave us a free upgrade to a larger size pizza when they ran out of mediums, and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd order from them again for a large group!
Whatever you do, DON'T preorder!! Asked for it at 3pm. Got text at 2:11 saying it was out for delivery. Called and first person said they just came out of the oven. Second person said they were still in the oven. I made it clear I didn't want cold or old pizza. Delivery person came and said they couldn't bring it to our room??? Why, cause too lazy to bring it to second floor?? Never had delivery person refuse to come to our door. Ridiculous. Paid with bills and change. Deli

Toppings on super supreme are charred and wilted. Stay away from this place. Horrible service, worse pizza
I just ordered a large double cheesy crust pan pizza which was supposed to have the ring of cheese stuffed crust. My pizza did not have this. When I called to inquire I was basically called a liar. The woman who answered the phone said she was a manager and the other manager made the pizza. That person insisted they added the cheese to the crust. They refused to make the order right. I have photos proving the pizza had no stuffed crust.
