Drove up to order and a rude teenager goes “DoorDash only” I was like what? She goes “We’re only doing DoorDash!” Why so rude? Quit if you hate it so much
I ate here one evening in April, bit into a burger, hit something hard, and had intense tooth pain. It turned out to be a cracked tooth that they now say needs to be removed, and I will need to get an implant. I don't know what it was, but be aware of what you get at this location. If you do hit something hard, find it and save it.
We have ordered through their app a couple of times now and delivery comes via doordash. The doordash part is fine..... it's this particular Wendy's that seems to be the issue. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is, they never have potatoes but to get a refund it's a whole ordeal with customer service through corporate. They also never get the sandwiches right. I've gotten some refunds after dealing with customer service but this last time, i just gave up. Hoping to have better luck at other Wendy's in town.
The young gentlemen that waited on us was very polite. Friendly and very nice. Was there between 6:30- 7:30 pm. In the outer lane.
Rude. Cold food. Horrible service. Frosty machine is always down. This Wendy's needs some serious changes! Managers should be embarrassed (if they even care at all)
Glad that they make me my keto cheeseburger on lettuce instead of buns they're very accommodating and I appreciate it..
Horrible , I had hair in my nuggets and burger !!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! On top of the service is horrible!!! Normally I’m one to never leave a bad review , but this is just bad service all around the board!!!
It was as expected but surprisingly the eating areas weren't cleaned and many tables were dirty. Their were only my family there at first. Then one other person dined in. I thought to myself this is when you clean up, before your guests show up. The attendant was friendly so I just let it go.
Went here and the staff was super nice and my food came out really fast. The guy working the drive thru window was incredibly nice.
Always get receipt a few times they charged me for something I didn't order. I only requested a large strawberry lemonade light ice received nuggets. One time they charge me for a large they gave me a medium. He only fixed my order because I requested a receipt 3x. It happened more than once so I don't believe it was an accident. People are friendly. But it's sad that they are dishonest.
