It was the best Taco Bell food I've had in quite a while. Food was great, hot, and exactly as I ordered it. The place was clean, the service was great, and even know they were busy it didn't take long to get our food.
It was Monday around 2 pm and it was not busy, but I used the kiosk anyways. They were announcing names as orders came out. My name was never announced and I waited 15 mins until I asked someone behind the counter if the food sitting on the counter was mine. It was. My food was cold. I clicked no tomato and got tomato anyway. I clicked extra avacado ranch and got a side of nacho cheese. I paid 30 cents to add sour cream, and nope. My slushi was good, bc its meant to be cold
Worst experience ever in a Taco Bell. Walk into smoke filled restaurant and burnt food smell should have told us to turn around and leave. Garbage on floor all over kitchen. Employees wouldn’t make eye contact had to ask to get them to take order. Most employees had AirPods in and ignored customers. Over half of fountain drinks not working in lobby. No drink lids or napkins nasty sauce on condiments and dirty tables and floors.
This is a great location. Friendly staff. Fast.
This is a wildly inconsistent Taco Bell. Lunch staff seems to be efficient, always gives generous portions, and doesn't mess up orders. Dinner staff has zero clue what they are doing. Underfills all food, completely forgets items, and has horrible listening and reading comprehension. Today we ordered three spicy potato soft tacos, confirmed via price and repeated back on screen, ended up with three regular soft tacos. Consistent waste of money not getting the items we paid for or ordered.
It took over 20 minutes to receive my order and this was not the first time my order took this long. There was no issues with quality or taste. Ordered food for 1 person.
Recently had the spicy potato soft taco & fiesta veggie burritos . Both tasted good and would recommend it for any vegetarians
The crew working Thursday 5/19 night is just goofing around instead of serving customers. I was in line for 20 min and ordered a featured item on their big menu board for $5.49. After they greeted me in an odd, non traditional way, i placed order and they told me to pull up for my total. 15 min later I got to the window and they told me my total was $8.59. I said no, I ordered an item for 5.49, after about 2 more minutes they figured out the guy Goofing on the headset put my order in wrong, and they told me the same total again, expecting me to just pay for the wrong order. I just left. 35 min in line and I was never served. This was from 7:50pm to 8:25
I’ve lived and loved in Bloomington for pretty much my whole life. This Taco Bell has gone through the sh*t for 30+ years and has retained quality despite the circumstances. I know the pandemic has made business difficult for almost every restaurant, including chains. But this establishment is now just embarrassing. Order was wrong, not fresh, and bad. I’ve been eating at Taco Bell my whole red white and blue bleeding life, and this was the breaking point. Go to the store, cook some soft shells. You’ll have a quicker and less stomach upsetting meal. No star if I could.
Food was fine. The service was sub par. Couldn't hear the person taking the order she took my money and gave me food while holding a very animated discussion with a coworker. When they handed me my food they all but threw it in the vehicle. Rough experience.
