I have been to this place three times and I will keep going their because of quick sandwich or wrap. Nice clean environment and workers are always in pleasant mood. Full concentration over what customer wants keep the customer happy.

They messed up my order big time.
No baby changing table, bathrooms were dirty.I cleaned the table before we sat our toddler to eat, the wipe was gray.Food was good tho.
On 1 experience had to make the worker wash his hands after shoving them down his pants to tuck his shirt in.On another, the worker was rude. Did things without asking. Was unable to properly roll my wrap without pushing the food out of it and then cut it in half without me wanting it to be. She also put the veggies for my child's sandwich on the dirty cutting counter while the sandwich was in the oven being heated. My cookies were smashed in the bag when I got them home.Every experience, this location has been extremely stingy with the veggies. Doing so little as to try and pass my wrap by with 4 spinach leafs in it. Had to ask for more 3 times before there was a normal handful in it. Additional examples is putting a single cucumber on our sandwiches, putting 2 pieces of bell pepper, and/or 1 to 2 pieces of pickle on the sandwich.Much better experiences at other locations.
This place is constantly messing up my order. Usually, they just "forget" the cheese or bacon. Sometimes it's the cookie. One time, both sandwiches were burned to a crisp.And because there's no way to file a complaint, they get away with zero repercussions!
Since when did Subway start asking if you want to tip them? Personally I feel this is inappropriate to do if receiving your food at a driveup window. If they delivered it would be a different story. I feel it is up to the company to pay their employees appropriately. I will not frequent subway anymore if I am forced to say yes or no to a tip. Subway is a huge company and this is wrong. No more Subway under this circumstance.
Ordered through app first time ever coming here.they got a couple sandwiches and course most toppings weren’t on the whole sandwiches only half and they were opened entirely and spilled all over the bag!! They weren’t even busy at all!! Definitely won’t be coming here again very disappointing

They messed up my order. Gave me horseradish instead of ranch. The kid was like very fast about work and was rushing so didn’t get everything I said… like he wanted to be off… very disappointed never had this experience at this store before! Wont be returning :(!
