They always forget whipped cream on iced coffee... Staff are okay
Literally waited FOREVER for two easy drinks. The lady next to me waited 35 minutes for her drink. PLUS, it was a MESS in there—coffee splatters on the ceiling and on the health shield between the customers and baristas. Will not use this Starbucks again.
The Chai tea they served me was old and I threw it up later.
I showed up on my birthday, today, telling them how my rewards was it on the app. I even offered to show my ID. The lady checking me out got the manager to ask about the situation, and she said to just give me the drink. So I order. I’m waiting for my drink, as I notice the lady behind me gets her drinks for me, and then 11 others got theirs before me. I waited for 30 minutes. So I left. This felt amazing on my birthday!
Stopped on our way out of town just before 5PM Today (Heading Home) I ordered a Grande Pink Drink and Grande Espresso Frapachino the young lady that waited on me also made both of the drinks she was incredible to watch it was apparent that she really knew her job she worked extremely fast and the Pours of each ingredient seemed looked to be spot on as far as hitting measure marks on the containers that she used.. as a 73 Year old retired Military Man it’s a joy to watch a someone that dies their job so well…. I only wished I would have gotten her name, I did comment to her that it was apparent that today wasn’t her first day working there…. Thanks for having an Excellent worker, we will stop in again next time we’re in town..
Mobile orders have actually been ready before the time they gave me several times.
Order was correct was done early love ordering off the app makes life so much easier
The parking lot, like all Starbucks with a drive through, is absolutely terrible to navigate, often blocking the main road. However, orders are always accurate and staff is friendly. The inside remodel is also well done.
They have excellent customer service skills and the know how to make there customers happy.
I stand by my review below but this picture I’m adding….this is just gross to see every visit. It’s never clean.I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing that they know me here. One guy knows my name, drink, and that I just got my hair done. They never mess up my drink and for that I love them.
