I don't want to be a Karen but we have only been here twice and both times they literally forgot to add the coffee to the drinks. We got an iced caramel macchiato and an iced coffee and they literally only had milk ? what is going on here bruh

I was happy to see this starbucks was right off the highway, for the perfect stop to stretch legs and get something delicious to eat and drink. I ordered a head on the app and was able to run in and get my order. I was glad I didn't place it as pickup in drivethru lane, because that was quite long. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and greeted me when I stopped in. My drink was made exactly as ordered. I thought the cart with all the extras loaded near the pickup section was really smart and I wish other stores would do the same, it saved time to bother a barista to ask for a bag and etc.
Our favorite coffee stop everytime we drive to Missouri. Bathroom and shop are always clean. We are always greeted by a friendly staff. We typically order on the app and walk in to pick up.
Went to order my usual. Grande vanilla latte iced with oat milk and salted caramel sweet cream foam. When she called my name and handed me my drink it barely had any ice in it it was warm to the touch. I asked if they could make it with more ice. She then poured my drink sweet cream foam it all into a Venti cup and added a scoop of ice. Didn’t even add sweet cream foam back on top. There’s a reason why I order the foam on top, that’s the way that I like it. It seemed like Bc they were in a rush, I was completely disregarded and received poor customer service.
I had the best experience at this Starbucks last week. The barista AJ was so friendly and kind, it absolutely made my day!
I placed an online order, came in 10 minutes later and they were packed. Probably 30 people inside with a dozen waiting for drinks! The guy taking orders was great, he told me they were backed up but he'd let the team know I was there for my order. He went and found/filled my order so I didn't have to wait for the in person line to diminish. Coffee was great!
Ok... So about 4 months ago I ordered an extra hot mocha... It tasted like liquid horse manure... Decided to come back today and try again.... Same exact result... Yup, I'm DONE with this location.... ???
Not really much I can say about this place because it was dark when I stopped and I had never been there before and I had only gone through the drive-thru. I guess I was happy my truck fit in the Drive-Thru Lane easily. Drink came as ordered and quickly
Went to the drive thru for a latte and gift card- the staff member who took my order, not sure of her name but she had glasses and curly blonde hair was so friendly! And affirmed that it wasn't tacky to get a GC from the drive thru. Thanks for a happy start to the day ?
