I always enjoy Sonic food but the hot dog was salty then that part of did not like but other than that the food was good I love the chili dog
This was my first time visiting this location, and it was ridiculous. I understand being short-staffed and things can take a little longer, but I waited in the drive-thru for a solid 10 minutes and no one said anything. It takes 2 seconds to say, "I'll be right with you." Nothing. Others in the line were leaving, as well, I'm assuming for the same reason. I just left because I had somewhere else to be. If you want to go, just make sure you have time to spare.
Burger was awesome, shake was exceptional, but the onion rings were a little strange. Tasty, but the batter had this unusual sweetness that I didn't particularly like.
Sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes waiting for 4 slushies. Just to receive the drinks made incorrectly. Returned today thinking maybe it was just a bad experience and it was the same thing all over again. Got two drinks l, sat in the drive thru for 28 minutes waiting on TWO DRINKS. finally got my drink and it was wrong AGAIN. today I had them correct it. I could see in the drive thru window the girls standing inside scrolling on their phones. Horrible service
Went through the drive through waited 5-10 minutes just to get my order taken then while waiting for the food I waited another 7 minutes after that while looking in through the window I seen all the workers just sitting around playing on their phones with headphones in.
Drive thru is slooow!! Waited 4 minutes for them to take order for a drink and 5 minutes at the window to figure out whatever was going wrong. 4 people later and no “sorry for your wait” I received my water down drink!! ?♀️
30 minute wait times for subpar sonic food and it’s the only location without its mobile orders enabled making it impossible for someone with a lunch break to enjoy…the friendly staff are the only positive thing
I have been sitting in stall 6 for 20 mins waiting to have someone take my order. The 4 cars that hot here after me have all been served and have left. About 15 mins ago someone said that they would be right with me and I'm still sitting here waiting. Tried to call the store and the phone just rings busy.
Food was actually really good and fresh. But still just fast food
Order a burger and fries - neither were fresh. The fries were limp and cold while the burger patties were rubbery. Worst burger and fries I've ever had, will not be going to Sonic in the future!
