Food is great and fast not to mention reasonably priced!
I normally love going to Potbelly with my girlfriend and have never had issues before. At this particular location, however, we did not have a pleasant experience. She ordered an original chicken salad sandwich on white and the lady put in a chicken club. When it reached the next person and he informed the original lady that the wrong sandwich was put in, she shook her head and rolled her eyes and put in a chicken salad… on wheat. To top it all off the lady behind the register was very condescending when we asked for a drink, and when we said yes to a receipt she brushed us off with the “have a nice day” and did not provide us with one. Only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because I normally like the food here.
Portions too small for the price. I don't recommend it.

I ordered the wreck. They forgot the roast beef on my sandwich. Chips are to salty. Not my favorite place for a sandwich.

Got a Turkey on Whole grain and it was so good, staff was extremely friendly and fast too.
