Ordered r two of The edge pizzas for almost $60 of sausage and pepperoni and they both came with only pepperoni.Instead of allowing me to send the picture I had to wait for Pizza Hut to send the driver to reconfirm come see the pieces to be replaced
They were extremely prompt and the order was made perfect as they usually do
I get the feeling this place is poorly managed and understaffed. I ordered a pizza and it never came. I had to call the next day to see what happened. They had closed for weather, which was fair. I asked for a refund and the employee said she had to run it by her manager but that I should get it in 5 business days. I haven't received my refund. This is straight up fraud. All I want is my money back, which is only a little over 30 bucks. But this place cannot execute it in a timely manner
My order was messed up and the delivery person had to go back to car for the correct order. Food was not real warm . Had to re heat but food tasted good
The delivery driver was super cool and the pizza really good thank you for looking out for us hungry truck drivers
I have been waiting on my very simple order for over two hours and also not been able to get ahold of anyone when I call the store. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with! Extremely rude, unhelpful, careless people. Not one employee here cares about there job. Saying their Customer service is horrific would be an understatement. If I was able to use cuss in these reviews I would.
Second time it was perfect! Our first order came with an uncut pizza and was overcooked along with the cheese sticks. After calling and talking to Katrina she made it right and quickly got us a replacement! The delivery guy was also great! Hoping they get it right the first time next time like other Pizza Hut locations in town. Thanks Katrina!
It was very fortunate that I checked the pizza when I picked it up, because he had given me the wrong pizza. Mine was just going into a bag to be delivered to someone. So you would have had 2 upset/disappointed customers.
The pizza had more flavor with the additional sauce.
