Ordered on the app, had to wait 40 minutes past time order was supposed to be done to get it. And they forgot one of the orders. They did refund the missing meal when I called, but I had to call twice before they answered the phone. The long delay in getting food happens every single time. Good food, but not worth it.
Being hard of hearing can be difficult going into places and ordering food. The staff here made it easy and took the time needed to let my fiance interpret for me. In my experience most places don't take the time to speak to me and only point at me while talking to whomever I'm with...or at times a complete stranger whose standing near me. This specific Panda was great and I truly appreciate how I was treat like any other customer.
The cooks working here right now 05/27/2022 is excellent. I've been to many Pandas but the cooks currently do not miss. Highly recommend.
I came here the other day and asked if I could get 1 of each sauce with my order. The dude checking out my meal said, "yea, for sure". He walked away for a sec came back with my bag and when I got home to eat it there were no sauces in there lmao. I find this to be common in the Bloomington area, I guess it has something to do with incompetent/careless college students running more the half the jobs around here. Idk, quite annoying but the food was still ok I guess.
Always out of stuff. Employees keep the stuff out and not make it. Even when you visit at 8 pm they will be out of almost everything and they close early too as per their flexibility.Update 4/22/22:Visited again and once again they were out of noodles and rice at 8.30pm when they close at 9.30. employees said kitchen closes at 8.Why are you keeping store open when restaurant is out of food?Employees were fooling around but won't cook any food.I will complaint to headquarters that this location sucks. Management doenso seem to care.
My daughter and I had orange chicken. A 2 piece and 3 piece plate. Overall good flavor and atmosphere.
I went at 5pm, and it was decently busy! I decided to wait in the line, not expecting to take so long! I waited about 10 or so minutes to order my food. Once I ordered my food they sent it down the line and the food was in the box ready to go. After this point I had to wait for over 40 minutes just to pay for my food and leave. They had a lot of online orders, which I understand gets stressful, but the efficiency of which that got stuff done was just too slow. My food sitting there for so long in the box made it not nearly as good as I know it can be. Overall I would not recommend going here at busy times, unless you have over an hour to wait, and like barley warm food. I feel like what can help them is a new system at which they take online orders and make them rather than try and do it while you help customers at the store.
The staff is friendly, but every time we order here, there is always something missing on the menu, they are also short staffed. Today, they were missing chicken teriyaki, orange chicken and we had to wait for chow mein. To my surprise, I ordered cream cheese Rangoon and when I got home I realized they didn’t add it in the bag, just in my bill.The lady at the register is super nice though.
Food is comparable to any other Panda but the restaurant is poorly managed. The lines are always long with extremely long wait times. This day I came to pick up my order placed online and I had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time! Not sure why this location struggles so much.
Chicken and shrimp is good, but fried rice or noodles wasn’t up to the mark.
