Horrible customer service. Employee yelling at customers while I saw another employee pick his nose under his mask.
This store refused service to a individual not wearing a mask even though the customer had a serious medical issue preventing them from wearing a mask. The customer also offered to show proof of vaccination and claimed they even had the third booster shot recently. They still refused to even look because their manager was firing anyone who served anyone for any reason without a mask. It was over the top and beyond ridiculous. I love noodles and company and buy often from them, but after witnessing this behavior, I will NEVER purchase food from their chain again.
Told to have a mask to come in so I went back to go get one from my car. As I walk back in the store, the girl in the picture name Jay pulled her masked down while speaking to the other workers. If they’re so serious about mask mandate, why aren’t they following the rules especially being near food? She also had only ONE glove on while the other was barehand. (Shown in the picture) Handling as a cashier and handling food? I don’t understand how they let her have long nails as well, knowing dirt can get attracted easily. I wouldn’t want to get my food here, just disgusting.
I got told to put a mask on, which was not a problem, but then both of the back workers pulled theirs down to talk to each other? And they were also talking bad about the customers right in front of everyone and this poor employee at the front had to do everything. Would recommend you go to the one in Bloomington.
This is the worst restaurant I have ever been. They are rude, I can't believe that they are keeping employees like that. I walked next door to get malts and cookies and they were amazing. This Noodles and Co deserves not to be in business. I will go next door from now on.
Told us to leave for not wearing masks. Got masks, came back in, none of the employees are wearing masks, including the girl who told us to leave.I do not care at all if you wear a mask or not, but dont tell me to leave and let me see you doing the same thing. Frustrating
Food is not that great and the employees are super rude. Would not go back.
