The food is good, but customer service is lacking, this is happening at alot of restaurants now. Just sad people can't be nice to customers that's spending there money.
ordered 3 pizza's and 2 family size salads, and everything was great. pizzas were hot snd salad was fresh.thank you monicals
Had family in from Indiana and Kansas for the Easter weekend. Thought we would treat them to Monical's pizza on Saturday night. We asked everybody what kind of pizza they wanted, ordered $85 worth and went and picked it up. The order was wrong and we waited over an hour for them to deliver the correct pizza. Some sat and ate the pizza that was correct, while the rest sat and waited. Obviously, it will be awhile before we return for more.
The service was fast, the food was good. The server made recommendations and we tried that and it was awesome. Very nice and polite, clean, I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
Pizza cooked perfect. The lady that took our order over the phone was friendly. So was the delivery driver who delivered our pizza.
Omg my pizza was dry no sauce and my Italian beef had no pepper, cheese or onions. Called and they didn't care. Said I had to pay extras Never heard of paying extra for Italian beef sandwiches. Not sure what the black season was. Never order from them again! $36 so disappointed
Easy to order online. They have a drive up window which is so awesome and convenient!
We usually get a version in Paris you can’t get everywhere. But we like the thin crust at all locations. Good reliable service and it seems they take Covid seriously

This place is great !! Good service with good prices and amazing food.their pizzas are at the top of my list !! I make sure to drop by for dinner everytime i am in the area.
